Simplicity wanted to charge me the $199 cancellation fee for the one area and continue to bill be for the other two areas. Cancelling the Brazilian would've changed my bill by a few dollars and I still had until August 2026 (A year from now) until my sessions are complete. I won't allow them to keep getting my money after charging me the full cancellation fee for ONE area of three. I don't recommend Simplicity due to their policy and not because of the employees necessarily.

I have almost no hair returning on my lower legs. Still very happy with the technicians I have seen (only 2). They make the experience very comfortable and are easy to talk to. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Appointments are always on time and sometimes even early if I am early to my appointment. I have loved my experience so much that I decided to add underarm and upper legs to my package starting at my next appointment. So far, 10/10 recommend.

During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.

I came in for a full set of eyelash extensions and the tech working on me was SEVERELY sick, coughing and hacking and sniffling the ENTIRE time - so bad the tech next to us had to offer her water and gum. Being worked on at such close proximity to my eyes by a tech who was visibly coughing VIOLENTLY and SNIFFLING, and VISIBLY unwell was completely unacceptable and put my health at risk. When I informed the business of this, her reply was "she wasn't contagious" which is absurd! Not even an apology for putting someone like me - with health issues and a compromised immune system at such severe risk. Furthermore, the final result is also the WORST eyelash extensions I've had in my 10+ years of getting them. There are three randomly long eyelashes sticking up on both eyes. I spent $180 (still tipped 20% even though I'm incredibly unsatisfied) and left with terrible eyelashes, likely a severe sickness coming my way, and an incredibly poor distaste for this business and their reply to my concern. This isn't just about the poor lash application but again - this is not something that should ever happen in a service setting, especially one that involves hygiene and direct contact with a client's face and the buisness owners uncaring reply shows their true character and "care" for their clients. She lacks empathy, and is willing to lose two customers over a $50 deposit. I wanted to reschedule, but in that moment, on the side of the road, wasn't the time for me to reschedule. Instead of putting her long standing customers first and their safety, she took time to explain to me that an hour was blocked and she was going to lose business. But then she also told me she was going to call others who weren't able to get in. None of this was necessary information. A simple "be safe and please call when you're ready to reschedule" would have gone a long way. TLDR: WENDY IS WILLING TO LOSE LONG TIME CUSTOMERS OVER A $50 DEPOSIT WHEN A LEGITIMATE EMERGENCY COMES UP Leo also likes to attack his clients and call them names. Big "owner" energy. Though I wasn't interested in a tour, I can't be helped but be impressed by how well designed and clean both the indoors and outdoor areas were. Of all the facials I've had, I felt like the aesthetician used 50% more products on my face than the other places I've been to. In fact, I've always had rough skin on my nose and she was the first person to suggest extractions on me. Extractions are an extra cost and it was my first time doing it and just a word of warning to everyone: it hurts. Even though it hurt, I was glad I did it because this is the smoothest my nose has ever been in comparison to other facials I've been to. Also note that you do need to take off your shirt as she also puts the products on your neck. I got some recommendations and I bought a serum and facial mask which added $75 extra to my order. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of the powder facial masks as it was my first time using it and they make a mess as opposed to the normal creme facial masks.
