They offer to touch up areas that you're not happy with within a certain period of time. I notified them well within that timeframe. I waited the 21 days that I was advised to wait for results. When the results did not come I began calling them to get in for my touchup, or to find out why I was getting no results. I called them 4 times post treatment to try to get a resolution. However, the front desk told me on two separate phone calls, that they felt I just needed to give it more time and that my injector was not available, but they would have someone call me back. No one ever called me back. The third phone call I made I was a little more assertive, I got put on hold and then disconnected. By this time, my touchup window had about ended. The last time I called, I asked to speak to someone regarding the matter, again, the front desk began to give me the runaround. At that time, I canceled my membership with them, and advised that I would be notifying the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, and I would post reviews on any review site I could find. The girl at the front desk laughed and advised me that she would cancel my membership, and then hung up on me. DO NOT waste your money. I have since gone to a different provider, just two months after spending almost $1000 on injections, and got amazing results. Now I understand why they have operated under more than one business name.
