I think i met everyone who works up front plus the two ladies in the back and they where all great. Dealing with Shawn was a pleasure. Everything he said about the car i brought was right. We received a $400 bill from Bell-Wasik Buick Gmc yesterday for a vehicle we've never owned. When I called the guy was like "oh ok, thanks for letting me know" and the whole situation felt very scammy because what company that is owed money doesnt ask follow up questions regarding the bill? All he asked was the name and immediately was like "oh i see that here". Now i don't know about you, but there are about 400 ppl in this state with the same name as us. How you going to find our account that fast? I worked at a dealership, this isn't adding up. I asked to speak with the manager to find out how our address got associated with a vehicle we've never owned and she got very defensive and unprofessional when I told her it felt like a scam and said "ok have a great day" as I was talking and hung up on me. I've never heard of this place before and never done business there. When I told her I would be having my husband call back later to discuss this with her (Laura-the manager) she laughed at me and said "whatever-are you done talking? I don't want to "hang up on you again"?" The bill was just the amount due and had nothing detailed except a remark about being 120 days late. Don't go to Bell-Wasik in Caro. I would recommend these people had they not ghosted me and ignore me. I bought my car April 11th 4 days later car over heated. They came and picked it up I greatly appreciated and fixed it. I drove it off the lot and bam engine light turned around drove it back and bam threw of fuel codes get told oh if it does it again after we clear it bring it back. So it does i reach out get told oh I'll get with services to see when you bring it in. Waiting waiting nothing then it starts to wind down now speed. Get told its my problem and so I take it to my mechanic. AFTER leaving a bad review manager reaches out says have your mechanic look at it get back to me. So I did and sent paperwork he says great we can help with that I asked how much and bam nothing ghosted. Let's make it clear too they did tires said its been aligned that was a LIE it hadn't. The fact that it threw off fuel codes the first time they knew exactly what was wrong and screwed me over. I get its used so pretty much as is BUT this all happened about 4days and 2 weeks of owning it. Stay away from them.​ read more

I had been looking for a vehicle for some time. My budge was very limited. I came in hoping for a vehicle under $10k. I didn't find one, but Brian, the sales person that worked with me, was exceptionally nice and was very honest and up front about everything. Even though the vehicle was a bit out of my price range, they were able to knock down the price a bit, I got to test drive it, and I love it! I am very thankful for the warranties I got to add, I was able to drive it home, and even got to come back a different day to drop off the down payment that I had forgotten at home. I'm hoping they continue to take care of me, as I will continue to give them my business!! read more
