The nuts and bolts (no pun intended) is that this is dehydrated peanut butter butter with at least 80% of the fat removed. You add water to revive and make a spread. This was the only company that I was able to source and get this product from. It tastes like peanuts but I will admit that I was thrown off by the texture since I am used to something creamy. This isn't a bad thing. One container is part of my emergency kit and the other I use for chocolate peanut or banana peanut butter smoothies. I also use the power in chocolate peanut butter shortbread cookies and most of the required ingredients are supposed to be dry.
