I'm in Kansas and needed flowers delivered for a memorial service in Maryland. I selected Bell Flowers from several possibilities returned by a Google search, and was very glad I did. After placing the order for delivery to a Friday memorial service, they checked with the funeral home and discovered there was a wake on Thursday, besides the memorial on Friday. They called me with this information and, thanks to their diligence, the flowers were delivered in time for the Thursday wake, and then moved by the funeral home to another location for the Friday memorial. I certainly appreciated this excellent service on Bell's part. Additionally, although the arrangement I ordered was neither the largest nor the most expensive on display at the services, the family selected it as the one they took home after the Friday memorial service. It was a beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price. read more

My elderly parents sent me an arrangement from Bell Flowers. Because I was not home, the delivery person left it in the shade in our back yard. The hang tag on the front door apparently blew off, so I did not know about the delivery for many hours until I happened to notice the hang tag in our driveway. By that time the flowers had wilted. Although, perhaps the flowers should not have been left outside, Bell Flowers immediately admired their mistake and apologized. Even though I said they did not have to replace the arrangement, they not only replaced the arrangement, but upgraded it to a larger one. The flowers were perfect, beautifully arranged and very fresh. Bell Flowers even made a special trip to deliver it right away. This made my parents very happy when I showed them a photograph of the beautiful flowers they had ordered for me. Thank you Bell Flowers! read more

These guys are absolutely amazing! Needed a last minute gift and I couldn't find anyone close-by who did same day deliveries. REAL same day deliveries. I noticed that for an extra $10 I could have my package delivered by midday. It had passed the same-day cutoff time, but if the flowers weren't delivered same day, I'd be in for a world of hurt. So I called them at around 9 am. They managed to take my order, prepare it and had it delivered by 10:30 am! The receptionist (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was extremely friendly. I was speaking to an actual person and not a robot just going through the motions. She held a conversation with me, we even shared a few laughs. Absolutely exceptional service! The flowers were perfect and they were early, so I stayed out of trouble :). Thank you! read more

For an event sponsored by the Asbury Performing Arts Theater Bell Flowers helped me to recognize special women and the company at a charitable event on Valentine's Day. The event was extremely successful in large part due to Bell Flowers who provided the most beautiful long stemmed red roses and an artfully designed floral arrangement. The recipients were delightfully surprised. This was a gracious move to make a gracious event. Bell Flowers has been my florist of choice for many years. After last evening, they have won our patronage for a lifetime. Thanks Bell Flowers for your family-owned and operated business. Wish more businesses had your ethics and commitment to the community. read more

Bell Flowers creates amazing floral decorations. The company that I work uses Bell Flowers for employee recognition events. Rosemary and Chad are always pleasant and very helpful in selecting the perfect arrangement. I am starting a church in Alexandria, Virginia. I asked Bell Flowers to donate flowers for an event that I was hosting for Survivors of Domestic Violence. Bell Flowers showered us with the most beautiful red and white poinsettias for table centerpieces. The poinsettias were beautiful and added the touch of elegance that I was seeking. Thank you Bell Flowers for helping to make our event a blessing and success for the survivors. May God continue to richly bless you! read more

Chad and Roxanne have been absolutely amazing in assisting my Dad and I in receiving a refund for a double charge for my Dad's order. They have been kind and professional throughout and it made me feel wonderful to know that this company is still there for you even after you placed and received an order. I had horrible experiences with other florists in the past where they neglected to respond to feedback and concerns. I feel very fortunate that in this situation it couldn't be any more different! and of course - my flower arrangement arrived on time and was gorgeous!!! Thank you Chad and Roxanne! you definitely have earned a customer for life! read more

As a military family I've been coordinating floral gifts and memorials "long-distance" for literally decades. I was sending a sympathy arrangement to a dear friend who lives in Silver Spring, MD and based on the zip code and YELP recommendations, I called Bell Flowers. This is the first time I have ever had a florist tell me that they would email me a photo of the arrangement before it left their shop! The pricing was appropriate, the service extremely timely, and the conversation I had with the sales associate was a delight. Our friend has responded with glowing praise of the remembrance, and Bell Flowers is now "my" Metro D.C. florist! read more

Love this florist!! I wanted to send some flowers to my daughter in Minnesota last week. I called Bell Flowers at 11 a.m. and Rose Mary, who was fabulously helpful, took my order and said she'd do her best to get the flowers delivered the same day (even though they were being delivered a thousand miles away). It was amazing! Within 2 hours, my daughter called and said she had just received the most beautiful bouquet. Rose Mary obviously went the extra mile to find a Minneapolis florist close to my daughter's apartment building so that delivery would be same day! Thanks Rose Mary. You and Bell are the best! read more

I live in Texas and called this local florist in Maryland to make my sister a gift basket for her and her new baby boy. I spoke with Rosemary and she was so wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me create a basket that I think they will love. She was EXTREMELY kind and thoughtful! She answered all of my questions and was not trying to rush me. That kind of costumer service is hard to find these days! Especially a week before Christmas. Thank you so very much Rosemary and Bell Flowers!! I will DEFINITELY be using you again. I HIGHLY recommend this florist for the areas they service around Maryland. read more

My husband and I placed our first-time order with Bell flowers recently. We ordered a poinsettia plant to be delivered to a very dear relative in Silver Spring. As we live in Ohio, we will never see the plant. The following day, the relative called to thank us for the beautiful plant. He was very sincerely grateful and said that the plant itself was wonderful. We ordered it through the Bell website and never interacted with any personnel from Bell. We expect this to the first of many orders we place through Bell. Thank you for the fresh, quality product and timely delivery. read more

Went to an event sponsored by the Asbury Performing Arts Theatre which was a celebration of women for a Valentine's Day charitable event. First, let me say that the venue smelled so beautiful with the aroma of flowers in the air. I received one beautiful long-stemmed rose with a Bell Flowers flag on it when I arrived, and they had the most gorgeous arrangement that was going to be given away to a lucky guests. Although I didn't get the arrangement, I was so impressed by its beauty that I will definitely use Bell Flowers in the future. They absolutely enhanced the event! read more

I just want to thank Bells Flowers ( and special thanks to chad) for the generous donation of floral arrangements for our Annual Fall Fundraiser. Great customer service and your flowers are still living, they look as great as they did, the night of our event......and it is a week later!!! What a great, bold and festive appeal it had, and it certainly made our event tables,"POP". Thank you for all you do to support your local non- profit organizations Bells Flowers. I couldn't be happier with the flowers I got from Bell. Service was excellent. They did a lot of the process by email, sending me photos of container choices and then a photo of the final arrangement. How great is that???!!! Why doesn't every florist do this? I purchased flowers for the visitation for my mother at the funeral home and then a similar arrangement for her memorial mass. Both deliveries were on time and everyone raved over the beauty of the flowers. I am so happy and will definitely use Bell Flowers in the future. read more

I have dealt with Bell Flowers for many, many years and they have never disappointed me. They're accommodating of all requests, urgent or otherwise; so many times I've had last-minute floral arrangements requests and they have always come through. Excellent service always! The staff are consummate customer relations professionals and while I will probably embarrass her, Rosemary always goes above and beyond, always giving helpful suggestions as needed. Chad is wonderful too! Dorothy R. read more

As a representative of a group of people, I needed a large flower spray for a funeral for a young man who died suddenly. Never having had to order flowers for such an event before, I got great help at customizing one of Bell Flowers' sprays. It was gorgeous! Bell Flowers representative sent me a picture of the finished arrangement and I was able to send it to all members of our group so those who could not attend the visitation or the funeral could see the fabulous flower spray. read more

An amazing lady I know turned 84 yesterday and I was inspired to send her a flower to celebrate each of her years. I called in the morning and seven dozen flowers + an extra bouquet were delivered the same day with extraordinary care. The experience, start to finish, totally exceeded my expectations. Chad and his team are astonishingly great. The flowers were stunning. My friend was happy and touched. As for me, I will be a customer for life! Great job, Bell Flowers! read more
