I find nice clothing that washes well for a great price. I like the quality of the shoes and handbags for the price. I think it's nice that they always come around the counter to hand you your bag instead of shoving it at you over the tall counter. They always invite you back, and thank you for coming in. If you are ever looking at something you want and do not see your size tell one of them because they will call another store and have them hold the item for you.

Melissa (or maybe Marissa) helped me at the checkout counter and was very kind and courteous. That being said, one of her coworkers (didn't get a name, but red hair) was very rude to her and seemed to be bossing her around (not in a good management type of way either, just unprofessional). Anyways, if that girl was the manager, y'all should consider replacing her with Melissa. Melissa had far better customer service and because of her, I will be back to Dollar General in Lillington next time I need to pick up some essentials.

I'm a 30 yr retired DEPARTMENT PUBLIC SAFETY government official so when when I lefted the store and called the District manager by the name of Heather English she said she would handle it but sorry to say after several harassing encounters Mr. Linear is still employed there to harass customers I feel that the D.m there is not a good manager and also need to be replaced because she is not doing her job note: can somey please help me out here bcuz this is unexceptable..

I toss my backpack, not forcefully, and not towards anybody. Chick being the counter says, don't serve her, that's disrespectful. I kindly move to get my backpack and notice - there's a whole grown man asking her is everything ok, I'd there a problem ----- he doesn't have a mask on. But here's the kicker! I pulled up cause someone was having car troubles in the parking lot. Grab a few items to get that car off the lot, do my good deed for the day, but no.
