She offered to meet up at a coffee shop for a trial run, then proceeded to hand draw templates incorporating exactly what I wanted my wedding mehendi to look like. She incorporated portraits of me, my husband, our cat, and favorite animals like elephants and peacocks. Not only is she exceptionally detailed, she is so kind and generous with her time. Anita spent 2 hours during my mehendi trial, 6 hours during doing my mehendi at my house, then another 6 hours doing it for others. She did all this with such a joyful attitude and desire to share her gifts with others. Anita really takes pride in her work, which is evident from the way she makes her own henna cones from natural ingredients and offers multiple versions to avoid allergies. Anita is exceptionally talented. On top of that, she'll bring energy, positivity, and innovation to any event you're hosting. She was wonderful to get to know and work with. She took elements of my favorite inspo pics and mixed it together with her own creative twist for a gorgeous design on both my hands and feet. She also talked me through henna care as it was my first time getting such a large design and the results were so dark with crispy lines and details. Full bridal henna took about 4 hours, which Stephanie properly estimated before hand. Importantly, Stephanie was so easy to talk with and by the end of the four hours she fit right in with me and my bridesmaids. Couldn't have asked for a better bridal henna artist! However, she literally spent less than 3 minutes on my brows and the whole process felt super rushed. She let me check my brows before she trimmed them too so it was hard to see what it would look like. I also realized after the appointment that she didn't clean up the top of one brow at all. I tried to go back after I checked the mirror in the car, but she was already gone. I don't think she is bad at threading but it seemed like she was in a rush and didn't do a complete job.

We…read morehired her months back and she switched plans on us within 2 days of when we were supposed to have her come out because she double booked our event. Then she asked us if we could switch our event although she knows we are hiring her for a wedding. She does not communicate properly and excepts you to follow up. She will tell you she'll send replacement artists even though you are paying for her to be there. Scam. If you are having a wedding, take my advice and do not book her. She created a very stressful time for us. After this situation unfolded we heard from others who hired her that her attitude was unpleasant, rude and she rushes. All adds up. We ended up finding someone else who did a great job.You'll have better luck looking elsewhere.
