He took the measurements and left. I got a call back the next day to set up a time for them to come back to install it. When they finally came out ( about 3 weeks later....the mirror didn't fit. They had took the wrong measurements. The man was very apologetic and said they would have to reorder it. I was very disappointed, but for some reason not mad about it. It took about another 3 weeks, but like the fact that they were very proactive about it. Calling me along the way to let me know it was being corrected and when it was coming. They finally came and put the mirror in and it looks beautiful! They were very friendly and cleaned up behind their selves. Sending pictures to the company, they refund my money. I decided to get the mirror repaired instead of throwing it out if it costed the same or less than the purchase price. I called Ogontz Glass and Mirror to see if I needed to make an appointment ( because of the pandemic). Roberto said to just bring it in, but to call first, just to make sure someone is there. I took it in the next day. He gave me the price and needed 50% down. Then he said, " it was cash only"! I said, "why didn't you tell me that on the phone"! He said " because he feels it is very unprofessional to say over the phone". I didn't debate with him, luckily my husband had the money on him. ( This is why I took a star away). He did give me a fair price, which was half the price of the mirror. He also said to call in one week. When I called it was not ready.
