David the project manager was very helpful and communicative about the project..My biggest concern was to get the roof off and have a rain storm but David assured me that they work in sections to prevent that. The day of the roof removal and installation a crew of 7 arrived and immediately went to work, these guys worked nonstop for 13 hours finishing the second floor roof and porch roof.It was super impressive. David checked the weather and had the crew delay the next day start for the first floor roof because of a rain storm in the morning..After the storm, the crew completed the job...I highly recommend this roofing company . I know so many people that have used Westfall Roofing due to their exceptional reputation and they have all been very happy so I did not hesitate to call them. Cameron got us an estimate almost immediately and was very good about promptly answering any questions we had. I was very happy with his service and the line of products and colors they offered. Since I'm a realtor, I was also happy to learn that they offer financing for those that might need it and delayed payment for Sellers whose homes are under contract that require a roof replacement prior to closing. Westfall was scheduling pretty far out. I expected that since they have such a good reputation and are so popular. But they ended up being able to complete the roof much sooner than expected. We were given a list of things to do to prep and protect our personal belongings around our home. Materials were delivered a day or two before. Then they carefully covered the areas close to our home with tarps before they started on our roof. By the end of the day, you never would have know anyone had completed such a large project that day. Everything was totally and completely cleaned up and we had a new roof in one day! A complimentary wind mitigation inspection was completed soon thereafter and so we are hoping for a future little discount on our homeowner's insurance. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Cameron and the rest of the Westfall team!

He was very apologetic for the manner in which the office staff heckled me without the roof inspection for their check. I did not go through a roofers claim and had already paid them a deposit via check without incident this is my first home, and everything what disorganized, not explained clearly, and when things were it was usually by people who clearly arent thrilled by their jobs (as if they are the ones paying for the roof). The roofers completed the job in a day. Despite tornado watch and rain conditions, chimney was successfully completely in a day. The director of operations Samantha K. And her subordinate Jenna, and their attitudes, were absolutely horrendous to deal with-- arrogant, bad tone, and aggressive. Now I see what the previous clients meant by their unprofessionalism, entitlement, and callous demeanor as a result, I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog flea, and would encourage others to not only get quotes from other companies, but to read all of the numerous negative reviews they have received across multiple platforms. Their site manager Jacob, was nice but lost in the sauce. After letting Samantha know Jacob had never sent the photos or reached out she insinuated I might have had his number blocked which was totally false since I have an open line of communication not only for the roofing team but also for other contractos (unrelated) doing upgrades on my home, she covered for the poor behaviors of both parties, and Jenna's terrible disposition, until she finally ran out of excuses, relented, and gave a real pathetic apology. moment she answered the phone. Her tone was dismissive, impatient, and honestly made it seem like customers were an inconvenience. All in all If this is how they treat PAYING customers I can only imagine how problems are handled after payment is made. Customer service reflects the company as a whole, and this interaction with these two women was enough for me to take my business elsewhere and ensure than any of my friends, family members, colleagues, strangers and literally anyone knows I would not recommend dealing with a company that allows this level of disrespect toward customers.

We had so many roofing companies knock on our door telling us that we needed a new roof based on what they arw seeing from the ground. We called Aries and upon their inspection, they said that we only needed to fix one side, which had the most damage and the rest of the roof has five more years left. They gave us an estimate, which we thought was pretty reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we obtained. We proceeded to select the color. On installation day, they noticed that the color we previously selected didn't really match the existing roof given its age. They no longer make the existing roof that we have so we had to find the closest match. Instead of just going with what we picked installing it and saying hey that's what they picked anyway , they took an extra step to make sure that all sections of the roof matched. We also had to change the location of solar power dock and they did it for us for no extra charge. They're great to deal with very professional, timely, and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new roof or a repair, I highly recommend Arry's.
