When she got home, she realized that she was actually charged for the table. She called and they said she'd get a check in the mail but what arrived was a gift card for the price of the tablet. She stopped back in the store twice when she was back in Bismarck but didn't have time to wait - so she left a note for someone to call her. The next day, Sheyenne (the owner of the store) called and was as gracious and helpful as could be. She had shared that she thought the problem had previously been resolved but was ensuring that a check was being cut today and that my mom could keep the tablet for her hassle. Sheyenne earned a repeat customer today and we are thankful for her great customer service.
