I am so glad we left this clinic because there are many better, more ethical options, and our child is thriving elsewhere. Also, I would encourage you to check your billing because their billing practices are suspect. The owners of this clinic prey on parents fearing their child's diagnosis and the practices by the BCBA we had were definitely not neuroaffirming. Hopefully, they eventually go out of business or get reported to the board. Playing ringing phones over and over in an echoey bathroom for a child with extreme noise sensitivity "to get over it" is child abuse and that is just one of the many things they did to our child. An audiologist later confirmed it was not a behavior issue but a medical one with auditory processing disorder. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Run as far as you can from this place. The owners need some ABA themselves to get some insight into the way they treat people.

What I really liked was that they allow other therapists to come in like speech therapists or occupational therapists, that was very convenient.
