When assessing patients, his methodology is quite abrasive, rude and disrespectful. Have no doubts, he will deliver a personal attack if you dare question his opinion and use manipulation tactics to assert his standing rather than deliver a logically sound argument that proves the validity of your diagnosis, and medication prescribed. What's most intriguing is that Dr. Roddy will assume that you're unaware of the manipulative tactics he uses, which then only makes the remainder of the appointment nothing short of an amusing one. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Roddy. Though, I have to say, his wife Fiona is quite lovely and a pleasure to speak with.

I can usually get an appointment the same day or the next day by scheduling online of course. There are a variety of specialties there I don't even know them all but they also have eye services and podiatry. The clinic is very well labeled so it's easy to find where you're supposed to be. I've always seen Allina providers and will continue to in the future.

I saw this place had most of the services I need (general practice, allergies, dermatology), so I made the switch. I wanted to go in to get tested for diabetes because I was showing some of the symptoms, it runs in my family and I had not had a physical in years anyways. I figured it wouldn't hurt. So I go into the office and I'm explaining this to the Internal Medicine Dr and she cuts me off and starts asking me some questions. She asks if I'm on birth control and when I had my last pap. I answered her even though I was confused as to what it really had to do with getting tested for diabetes. I guess I figured hey, I'm not a doctor. I'll just paraphrase the rest - basically she continued to lecture me on the dangers of getting pregnant/stds. I explained that I'm 26 years old and that my boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years, we use condoms etc etc. She insisted on me getting a pap smear right then and there. Maybe other ladies are totally cool with spontaneous pap smears and not getting any help with the actual reason they went there but I don't know, it wasn't really my favorite I guess. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that I did end up finding out that I didn't have diabetes. Plus I got the surprise bonus tests to find out I wasn't pregnant and I didn't have STDs or cancer. Hooray!
