There is an upstairs lap lane that also has a place to do swing squat things previous comment made. Great place I'm 37 and my whole family goes there. Free two hr child care a day! Happy mommy n daddy and two teenagers big family of 6. Love the heated sauna and all the classes! Pilates with Irene on Tuesdays is a must can't wait try all rest they provide. Husband said he'll do a. Zumba with me haha! Cycling is a small room but love it so much fun. They even have holiday trip for people that want to join think they are going to TN this yr. Such a great community it's what you make it. There is also the newly developed Fitness Center Navicient attached to hospital(not included have to pay separate or either or) is open 24/7(pool and track only at atrium).

Everything from classes, the design, what little new equipment there is and more. Gym equipment is dated (well maintained but dated). New technology built into new weight machines provides enhanced muscle stimulation. Most of the equipment has been in the gym for over 17 years. Additionally, an annual charge to members goes into a pot for updates. One of the most recent updates was for the purchase of cross training equipment that is kept under lock and key for only training with a purchase of a trainer. Other reasons not to attend: humidity from the pool causes mold growth in some areas, there's little to no room for stretching or performing body weight exercises such as box jumps, kettlebell swings or even push ups.

I don't know why everyone rates this hotel so low. The staff up front and in the restaurant were…read moreSTELLAR, and the food was very good. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and if I lived in town, I would eat here regularly. As to the actual hotel, This looks to have once been a Courtyard that they just haven't updated. The rooms, bar, restaurant, indoor pool, etc all remind me of a courtyard, but everything needs to be replaced. For example, our room was a typical, comfortable courtyard room BUT the bathroom door had water damage, as did the edge of the mirror. The chairs in the restaurant were unique, boutique type chairs, typical of courtyard, but they were a little dingy. BUT i feel like the lower nightly price reflects that. We will absolutely stay here again if we are in town. Side note: it's only 5 minutes from the Ocmulgee Mounds National park which is an absolute must see if you love history and/or nature trails.

I bet this property was very nice back in the day. Unfortunately, the current management has…read moreallowed it to decline to what feels more like motel status. The entire property is worn, run-down, and in need of significant attention and maintenance. The carpets and walls are dirty, there are areas of what appears to be mold, and the property generally feels unclean. The common areas aren't maintained any better than the guest rooms. During my stay, I haven't seen anyone vacuum, sweep or mop the floors, clean the glass, or perform much routine cleaning at all. I travel roughly 100 days a year and frequently stay at Marriott properties, so I'm genuinely surprised that a property in this condition is operating under the Marriott name without intervention from the parent company. Perhaps corporate leadership is unaware of how far this location has declined, but it's time for someone from Marriott to visit this property and see its condition firsthand.

I called last week and realized I'd just missed the special promotion based on the recording. Dang…read moreit!!! The best way to get a quick response is to use text messaging. I texted for a couples microdermabrasion facial appointment last week, but all of the appointments were booked. However, I received a text for two availabilities this afternoon and I confirmed. Nice small office in an office park. Close to the local pizza joint that I've visited before. I like that she uses all natural products. The facial was similar to the treatments I've received in the past. Her touch was so soft that a few times I had to catch myself from dosing off into a tranquil sleep. I'm sure I'll be back and anxiously awaiting to see how my fiancé enjoyed his facial...

Coming to Beesa was such a relief! I didn't think I would ever find a quality skincare and waxing…read morespecialist in the middle Georgia area and then came Brooke at Beesa. The studio is quaint, clean, and smells like a spa. I went in for a wax (of the most personal kind) and she was such a professional. Unlike a lot of other waxing spots, Brooke didn't rush thru but made sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. I will definitely return and recommend that anyone looking for top notch service does too!
