The day before they call and move the time and the guy that will be doing my taxes. Needless to say I couldn't make the appointment so I schedule for the next week. The morning of my appointment both my kids are sick. Being the only parent at home I didn't have much choice other than to try and reschedule. So I call in as soon as I can and the 90 year old lady on the phone was AWFUL!!!! She wouldn't reschedule and was like you missed your last appointment ---- Uhh no you moved my last appointment! Well lets just see how it goes maybe the other guy here can help you here is his number! Are you kidding my 7 years of business??? I will be finding a new place to handle my taxes that actually care about clients! FYI you guys are not the only tax firm around!

Jennifer did not do my taxes correctly. I needed to bring in the correct W2 with the employers EIN…read morenumber so that Jennifer could E fill, but she sent it anyway. In the mean time I forgot my Mortgage Property Tax form 1098 that had over $6000.00 in deductions. When I brought that in she stated that it would not make a difference. Went to two different tax places and they told me how wrong she was and that she was just being lazy. Because she filed my taxes with out all the correct forms she would need to file an amended form and she didn't want to do that. Going from owing the IRS to they owe me close to $2000.00. DO NOT USE this service.
