Located on the Sant Elia mountain road, it's a typical Mom and Pop Southern Italian restaurant serving up local dishes in season from around the Calabria region. The charcuterie plate came first with cured salami, prosciutto, whole-dry red chilis and a beautiful bufala mozzarella. Second plate was spaghetti pasta in a black tinted squid sauce. When they gave me my food I had the truffle pasta it was light on my tongue and you could just tell they took their time to cook it. Just the daily specials and recommendations - and seriously, that's what you really want. I'm pretty sure the staff doesn't speak a lick of English, so go with Italian speakers! We ordered a slice of Margarita Pizza and a plate of Chicken w/ potatoes. Pizza was surprisingly good and reasonable priced. Also the chicken did only cost 8 Euros. Chicken was good, nicely cooked. The potatoes not that great, a bit rubbery, probably been laying there for a while. But all in all a good quick lunch.
