My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at Beef 'O' Brady's on Garden Street in Titusville. When we were seated, the restaurant only had about three occupied tables, so it wasn't busy. Unfortunately, our server was engaged in a conversation with a regular customer and completely ignored us. After several minutes, the manager came over and asked if we had been helped. We simply answered, "No." The manager spoke with the server, apparently reprimanding her, and from that point on it was obvious she no longer wanted to wait on us. Another server took over, but didn't seem very happy about it either. The food was also disappointing. My smash burger was extremely greasy, my wife's salad arrived without any dressing, and no one ever came back to check on our meal or ask if we needed anything. To make matters worse, the customer our original server had been chatting with kept giving us dirty looks, as if we had done something wrong. We never complained or asked to speak with a manager--the manager approached us first because we had been sitting there without service. It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. I was also surprised the manager didn't make any effort to recover the situation, even something as simple as comping my wife's glass of wine would have shown some concern for the poor service. When it came time to pay, no one even asked if I was using the Beef's rewards app, so I missed out on the $10 discount I had available. At that point, we just wanted to pay and leave. Having worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years, I know everyone can have an off day, and I'm normally a very generous tipper. This wasn't about one mistake--it was the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no attempt to make things right. Too bad. We expected much better. read more

ordered corn beef/cabbage dinner for pickup at Garden St. Beefs. It was St. Pattys Day. well, the green beer was refreshing, BUT when i opened up the "tago" box, i saw the corn beef!! IT LOOKED LIKE THE PUT IT THRU A PASTA GRINDER!! it was STRINGY and ohhhh so overcooked!! You cld pick it up with two fingers and spread it on bread like parmasean cheese!! no really!!! Corn beef/ cabbage on St.Patty Day was almost inedible. the cornbeef was presented as stringy chewy ... "whats that?" kinda thing! u cld pick up the cornbeef with two fingers and sprinkle on a roll like parm.cheese. This is a nice locals hangout on Garden street. They have happy hour and food specials everyday with reduced prices on 1 menu item. They were having a painting class in a side room while we were there. On to taco Tuesday. This was a let down. My margarita was not good. This is a simple drink but lots of places just cant pull it off. It should be made with fresh lime juice, but here they just went for the dreaded sour mix and just used way to much of it, result a poor drink. The steak tacos were a bit of a mess as well. The seasoning reminded me of old El Paso grocery store stuff and made the dish way too salty. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere here. The patrons were friendly and the service was good. We wandered in here on a Saturday around 5:30pm and it wasn't busy at all. We were greeted at the front and I stated we had a party of 5. We were then led to a table for 4...(crickets). After an exchange of confused glances, we were led to a larger round table that fit all 5 of us. Unfortunately, it was under the world's fastest spinning electric fan. My poor contacts dried out in seconds and wanted to jump off my eyeballs. Onto the food. My husband and kids shared twenty lemon pepper wings. They were decent. They were cooked nice and crispy, we just thought they could have had a tad bit more seasoning. My mother in law ordered the trusty Reuben sandwich. I, personally, didn't taste it, but she raved about it. It did look quite good! She ordered a side of fried pickles which I DID try. To my disappointment, they were so greasy and not the least bit crispy :-( Lastly, I did the Build Your Own Burger option. I opted for a bunless patty which they offered to put the meat on lettuce wraps. Score! They cut the patty in half and placed them on two separate lettuce leaves which made it pretty easy to eat. Bonus points for this execution. The side of grilled zucchini rounded out the meal perfectly! I requested the patty to be topped with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños. I have been to this location on a few occasions and it has progressively gotten worse. My grandson was down from Ga. and wanted Boneless Wings and BO was the only place that came to mind. I was completely disappointed. The atmosphere was the same, but the whole place needed a GOOD cleaning. There was Grease all over EVERYTHING! You had to pick up the ketchup, salt, pepper with a napkin! Each booth had a monitor, TV at each one, and it wasn't wiped off in quite some time. The salt and pepper were empty! I know that happens, but it just added to the rest of it. I ate my food like a good papa should, but I won't be back. Let me revise that statement! Stopped in last night for a quick bite. Was surprised to see they don't social distance or wear masks. Tables, chairs, floor were clean. We did stay to eat. The food was very good. Food was amazing. So I'm giving it a 4 star. Service. Sucked. I'm not going to put her name because I don't want to blast someone like that but, when we first came in Friday at 12:15. We ordered all our food at once. But I specified that the artichoke dip was an app. My brother ordered soup 15 wings and a side of fries. We didn't get the artichoke dip til about 12:55. She totally forgot the soup and then said he didn't order it. Then when we got the appetizer, the meal came out about 3 minutes later. So I'm assuming the meal was just "held" for those few minutes. And she forgot the fries. Coming back about 10 minutes later to say he hadn't gotten his fries had he? Obviously we were disappointed in the service but the cooks are on point because everything tasted delicious. We almost wanted to forgive her for her mistakes because it was so good. DoorDash'd some wings tonight and let me say, best wings I've had a restaurant in years. We got Atomic, Terriyaki and Spicy Garlic. Waitresses are great but the restaurant is poorly managed. The quality of the food is extremely inconsistent. 8/10 times the kitchen messes up the order or does not have all of your food ready at the same time. Some if not all will not be brought to you fresh. It often tastes like the food has been sitting a while before it is brought to the table. Sometimes wings will be fresh but not the fries or vice versa. We have spent way to much money for less than mediocre food. We eat here alot. For $10 you can get a delicious burger with a side of fries--very filling! Fries can come regular, seasoned, or curly. Of course, there are many more entrees and sides to choose from but the burgers are a prize. The seating is not very spacious. And the restaurant gets packed during peak hours. There are many flat screens throughout playing various sports channels. The atmosphere is family friendly with a laidback attitude. I've read negative reviews of the staff. On my last visit, our particular waitress was lovely. She was very friendly and attentive. Nice clean on inside but the kitchen says different because I had a German roach in my to go box. The quality of this place has dramatically improved in recent years. Interior is clean and spacious, with TV's at literally every table. The items I've had from the menu have been tasty, slightly above-average for the chain formula. Service is a mixed bag. Sometimes it's great, sometimes I'm left with an empty glass for 15+ minutes.
