A group of us came here after the wakeboard park for a quick bite. We ended up eating outside because it was so cold inside. Our bartender was attentive and friendly. I wasn't overly impressed with the food. It seemed as if everything was frozen and then just heated up. My boyfriend and I split the appetizer combo. It came with mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, beer battered onion rings, and a cheese quesadilla. The sauces were probably the best part of the appetizer: Ranch Dipping Sauce, Marinara Dipping Sauce, Boom Boom Dipping Sauce, and Buffalo Dipping Sauce. Our other friends split 10 wings and they said they were pretty good. Everything is reasonably priced for the food you get. We each enjoyed a beer as well. Our service was quick, and the bartender was even nice enough to pull down the outdoor shades when the sun became to hot to bare and was bearing down in our eyes. My rating is based solely on the food and not the service. If they can make some improvements to that, then this place could be really great! read more

Watch out for the bartender Keelie K. She's dishonest. We ordered a CHEESE burger which was on special. She asked what kind of cheese we wanted on it then she CHARGED US $1.99 FOR THE CHEESE ON THE CHEESE BURGER SPECIAL! We tried calling in a couple of times but the manager never seems to be there when we call. I gave up but am P/O'd at Keelie's dishonesty. She knew what she was doing. When we go again, if she's our server, her tip will be short a couple of bucks. The service is hit or miss. The food is just OK, acceptable but not exceptional. the place always seems dirty, sticky floors, etc. The patio could use a really good scrubbing; tables, seats, floors. We go occasionally when they have live music IF we can get a seat way far away from the band and speakers. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Tried to place a order online on 2/14/25 at 4:30pm for future pickup at 6:00pm. Received email message at 4:40pm that my order would be ready at 5:05pm. Tried to call location, got cut off 4 times, finally reached a employee on 5th attempt. Told them I ordered for 6pm to pickup when I left work. Was told that wasn't possible because quote "we already dropped the fries". Told employee I wanted to speak with the manager, was told they were too busy. Told them that I wanted to cancel my order, they said OK, then hung up. They still charged my card $64+ for the order. Have been trying to contact both store & corporate, with neither returning any messages. If this is typical customer service, be aware of this location. read more

Comparing this location to our local labelle establishment it is a 360 in all aspects. When I arrived, the Hostess told me to choose any seat I preferred. Once I sat, she quickly asked what my drink order was and got it out to me quickly she gave us few minutes to go over the menu and choose our lunch. We went with the Thursday Philly cheesesteak. I was a bit skeptical at first, as I have yet to find a decent cheesesteak in town, but to my surprise, the cheesesteak was actually tasty well done and packed with flavor. Overall, my experience went really well. Service was quick food was hot. I have zero complaints about my visit. It used to be a great place, but not so much now. Danelle does not work here anymore. Danelle's service was the absolute best in the whole wide world. Now she's no longer here anymore. The new server doing the tables was not as friendly and not as fun as Danelle was, and the place is all strangers now, so those who liked getting served by Danelle, it's time to abandon ship, and demonstrate what happens when a great server leaves a place and is replaced by strangers. There is a default ice barrier between all strangers, and that includes all stranger servers. And us who like to go to a restaurant or bar to enjoy both the food and certain servers that we have known for years, we get turned off and away when the place becomes nothing but strangers and their impenetrable walls of default ice. The food may be great, but even great food will not draw us back to a place that has gone back to being strangers and impenetrable, default solid ice. I know this is not DuPage County, Illinois, I know this isn't Toronto, but that default ice still exists between all strangers, and it can take up to an entire year to breach. read more

Not impressed. I've never been to a Beef O Bradys before and probably won't go back. It's possible that we just hit one that isn't up to snuff, but I wasn't impressed at all. The service was ok, but nothing more than that. Our server seemed new and she was very timid and quiet, although respectful and nice. It seemed like she was brand new, hadn't received particularly good training, and she seemed quite intimidated. My meal came with fries and I was wanting ketchup, but once our meal came - the server didn't check back, so I never got it. I had their Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was rubbery, almost as though it had been microwaved, which wasn't very good. The other 3 with me all had better meals than I did. None were outstanding, but they all enjoyed them. While not particularly dirty, it didn't seem clean either. Our first choice was to sit outside but they allow smoking in their outdoor space, so we opted to sit inside. I'm not sure if that's a Florida thing, but I'm not accustomed to that. If this is not the absolutely worst manage Beef O'Bradys the entire chain is doomed! They have a very nice outside bar and seating however there is one person for bartending and waiting all of the tables and she also has to go inside to get some certain drinks. She (Amanda) is absolutely the only redeeming quality of the entire place! She would be a much greater asset if her management had even the slightest clue how to manage a bar and grill. Why she doesn't quit is beyond me! I could go on but believe this should suffice err never mind, when I voiced my concerns to the manager his reply was you don't have to come here! Some places just surprise you let me tell you! The Tesla charging station is behind the Winn Dixie and we needed to fully charge so we had 30 minutes to kill. We walked to Beef O Brady's. This is not the type of place I would stop at willfully let me be honest but I took my bougie butt over there and sat at the bar with my husband. The bartender was lovely. She was like we have yummy margaritas sure you don't want one of those? But I was driving so I said no thank you but man they did look good. We had a couple beers instead and some chips and queso. That's all we had but it was really good. Beers were ice cold and the chips and queso were bomb. We heard some lively conversations that made us laugh and they thanked us for visiting. I looked at other patrons entrees and it looked good. They had many take out orders too. So if you are charging and want to stop in go for a quick bite give them a shot. read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered carry out. They gave us the wrong order. When we discovered this at home, we called them. Three times they hung up. The first time they simply hung up. The second time they claimed we check3d the order before we left (our mistake that, but we thought they knew what they were doing). The third time they claimed that they were really busy and that when we ordered we should have asked for how we wanted the burgess done and that was why the order was wrong. My wife and I was going last week for dinner. We liked to order a soup and a Philly Cheesesteak, my wife a Chicken Bowl. Result: NO Soup, no meat for the Philly and NO Mushrooms for my wife. Need to Order something else! We try it today again, at was terrible again, NO Soup, my order was with Mashed Potatoes and gravy, my wife Chicken Bowl. I got told No Mashed Potatoes, ok I take rice. The food was coming well maybe we need to eat with the fingers No we hat to ask for nife and forks. Then my wife fund No Mushrooms on her plate and I hat NO Gravy. After we complained she comes with an extra dip cup of Mushrooms that my wife hat to mix under WAU.The cook came and said that the Chicken Bowl has no Mushrooms, we pruft him wrong. Very poor experience . Our first meal out since the stay at home order lifted. Some staff put on masks when we came in. Manager on duty never had a mask on. One waiter spoke to us with mask pulled beneath his nose. No disposable menus. Table got cleaned off with what was probably just spray bottle of water by staff with no mask. Staff going in and, out of kitchen with no masks. This place obviously not taking safety of customers seriously. Will never return. read more

I remember back in middle school, I used to to have severe stomach problems because of the horrible food they would give us.......Beef o Brady's gives me flashbacks of my middle school lunch. I don't even know how where to start. The lady was nice but this girl got our orders completely wrong, I felt bad because maybe she has a mild form of Alzheimer's since she seemed as if she completely forgot what we ordered. The appetizer was Ight, we had the combo something, I can't remember what it was called. The chicken tenders were pretty good but not amazing. The quesadillas tasted like your typical flour tortilla with cheddar cheese from the good value brand at Walmart. The mozzarella was the only appetizer I liked but even then, it looked kinda dark and stale. I had a Philly cheesesteak and my girlfriend had a burger. The only thing I can say was that I was already ready to ask for a to-go box so that I can throw it in the trash later; where it belongs. The bread on the Philly cheesesteak wasn't even toasted, the steak looked burnt and the cheese looked like if the cook just coughed up white mucus all over the sandwich. I took a bite of the sandwich and it had no taste at all! I literally had to pour a bunch of salt on it but I didn't even finished half of it. Once I had a glance My girlfriend's burger, I immediately thought of the Popeyes biscuit because of how dry it looked. They must be havin' Beetlejuice in the kitchen or something cuz that burger looked nasty! I bet you I can throw a patty in the air fryer and make a better burger than that. I didn't even bother taking a bite. I have never been so disappointed in my life, I would rather have had school food. In conclusion, I filled up my stomach with the cup of water that they gave me. Ordered the steak and shrimp meal. it was surprisingly delicious the chef did a wonderful job cooking it rare medium rare it was quite delicious the shrimp on the other hand or a bit small to go along with such a meal but they were cooked good. And they were showing (among other things) a replay of the greatest Super Bowl of my lifetime: Bengals vs. 49ers in '89. So its just about the only bar in walking distance to where I'm staying so really didn't have a choice. But this place is ok if your looking for beers that are really cheap. Only food I tried were the buffalo wings that desperately lacked buff sauce...With that being said I had an interesting experience. The bartender was nice but was openly flirting/ practically making out with an older married man at the bar. How do I know he's married you ask? Well at first I thought they were a couple and he was visiting her at work then we overheard him talking to his wife on the phone and telling her he was playing pool with the boys and he would be home later. I litterally kept looking over my shoulder to see if the show cheaters was going to barge in the room. My husband and I went to Beef's last night for dinner and cocktails. We brought our service dog Bodie with us and had a wonderful dinner with a great waitress. Our tab was 71.00 and we left the waitress a 30.00 tip. As we were leaving we noticed they had music outside so we order another drink and enjoyed the music. I went back inside with Bodie to use the restroom. When I came out I was approached by the owner who asked if Bodie was a service animal and I said yes he has his tag on and he then asked where his service vest was at which time I explained that the vest is not required because people do not like others knowing they have a disability. I also pointed out that I had a service card in my wallet. Another customer comes up and starts cussing that Bodie was not a service dog and you could buy the tag at Wallmart and to get out. The owner did nothing about this. My husband and I will never return there and I will report them to the American Disabilities today. What a terrible experience . read more

Based on the reviews I was hesitant about eating here. I guess I was forced... because the rest of my party just wanted to eat here based upon our location to our outing. So into the review. The Fried Pickles where actually very good (I live in Texas and our pickles rock!) so that should say something. Next, I ate the Brisket Melt... it was okay. Can't say I loved it. It satisfies if you're hungry but there is no wow factor. BTW the ranch dressing is without a doubt bottled and nasty. One person wrote the food seems microwaved; as a former chef I utterly AGREE. This was our second visit to Beef O Brady's in Fort Myers. There wasn't much improvement. Both times we had to wait for someone to come to our table to ask if we wanted drinks. We ordered salads and entrees but had to wait 20 minutes for the salad to be served. The food came out after a 30 minute wait. The waitress apologized and said they were "backed up" in the kitchen. The napkin dispensers at the table were dirty with smudges and food smears so it's obvious they aren't wiping down tables after customers. I was very disappointed and will not go back. If staffing is a problem, then management has an obligation to rectify the situation. The restaurant was not crowded at all so that was not a factor. read more

How do you say that you only do reservations the day of, then double book as if you don't know how many tables your establishment has, then you save the table for the people who haven't even arrived yet and your justification for that is saying they booked a reservation on Monday when it's Friday? Understand your rules and communicate them better to your employees. Also please do an IQ test upon hiring. The food is overall really good and the karaoke is really fun but I wish that didn't get rid of the bean bag toss games. Also how do you run out of diet mellow yellow? read more
