It was hard to eat the burger mainly because the bottom side of the chicken was overcooked/dry, so it was hard to cut and chew. If fried properly, it should be juicy and tender. I tried some of my friend's beef burger and it was good, so you may have a similar experience only if you get their chicken burger.
