They also have a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options which also covers their selection of milkshakes! It is always sad if you go to a burger place and your vegetarian friend only has one option while your vegan friends can't even enjoy the milkshake variations. They didn't ask how I want my burger so I had to trust the cook that it it will be served just how I like it and yes it did. It was still juicy and lightly pink in the middle. Not raw. The veggies and the patty tasted fresh. The bun was alright. The sunny side up egg almost perfect. The bacon could be crispier. Maybe a sprinkle of salt and white pepper would have bring out more flavor but I really can't complain. I also like to mention that the presentation of the burger was done with finesse. Especially if you consider I ordered with no sides. Kudos to the chef. SERVICE I rarely have been to a restaurant with that level of friendliness. Everyone is just very nice. I dig it. ATMOSPHERE Young and fresh just like their burgers. Well the burgers are a bit boring when compared to the interior of the restaurant. The restaurant is even split into two rooms with different designs. Very cool. RATING I have been here three times before. This time I wanted to take pictures and do a review. I never expected them to be so consistent. Especially when it comes to the service and quality. Even though the burger could be more exciting I rather want quality than a bad executed exotic burger just for the sake of being special.

I'd recommend "Milchschnitte"-Milkshake. The service has been excellent so far even for larger groups. The American theme of the restaurant was anything but subtle. I insisted that my German friends bring me here for dinner. I had a wonderful time. It is always fun seeing what America means to people in other countries. I expected the food to be very bad, but I found the hamburgers were totally legit. The only difference from American burgers was that they had tons of sauce drowning them, and the seasoning of the meat was a little different. I thought the fries were really good as well. The decorations inside were hilarious. I am a police officer, and I loved the statue of the highway patrol trooper. It was also neat that a customer arrived in a classic American muscle car (Chevrolet Chavelle) while we were there. However, I noticed that a lot of the customers were what we would call "douche bags" in America... Our waitress was very friendly, and the food came out fast. I love Germany, but it was neat getting a taste of home during my visit. I would recommend this place for anyone, but I think Americans will really enjoy it.

As an American, I wondered how this restaurant would be compared to something at home. It's interesting how the rest of the world looks to the rest of the world. Walking in, I had to laugh a bit to think that this is how others think of us, but it all fairness, nothing seemed out of place. The menu represented standard food choices we have here. I had one of the hamburgers with fries. Other than we don't normally put beans and corn on a bacon cheese burger, it was ok. Now, I would have liked my fries a bit thinner and a bit more chrispier, as well as my burger seasoned a bit more... but for something 4,000 miles from home, it was good. I also enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Even with the restaurant busy, I did not hear any noise coming from downstairs. When I come back for my next visit, I plan to stay at the hotel, and eat at the restaurant again.

The special burger was very interesting and it had a sunny side up egg which I love on a burger but I wanted to go for a classic on my first try. A slight change on the burger resulted in a follow up with the chef but turned out to be unproblematic. The burger itself was good. I wasn't blown away or anything but the patty was cooked medium as ordered and all around fresh ingridients. To me the burger could have been seasoned a bit more. You can add some salt and pepper but its not the same. The avocado crema also was a tad too sour and threw off the balance of the burger. The perfectly crisp bacon was really good. Most burger joints don't get bacon right. SERVICE Simply amazing. Everyone was very very friendly and really nice but at the same time felt completely professional. The staff is outstanding. ATMOSPHERE Lovely modern restaurant. Inside it can be very dark but in a warm way. Very nice place to grab a bite and hang out or go on a burger date. RATING The service and the quality made it easy to give full stars even though the burger wasn't the best I had but that leans more towards personal preference.
