I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Peter. After my soon-to-be ex-husband left a…read morenegative review, Peter responded by violating my privacy and breaching lawyer-client confidentiality--something that is supposed to be sacred. He discussed personal details of my life that were not only irrelevant but also fabricated a conversation that never took place. What's worse, his actions appeared to violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. His lack of professionalism and disregard for client confidentiality is shocking. Rather than handling the review with any level of professionalism, he chose to exploit my personal life in a public setting. To make matters worse, he's already changed his reply three times, yet each version still includes lies and further invades my privacy. I would not trust him at all, and I am planning to report his illegal actions. This behavior is completely unacceptable and makes it clear that professionalism and confidentiality mean nothing to him. Be cautious who you trust during your most vulnerable time. Also, he is a lawyer not an attorney and cannot represent in court. Update: Peter did not complete my paperwork properly. My bank lender said the documents I sent for our home refinance were not completed. I sent Peter several texts he refused to reply. I called, recorded our convo and he said he will not finish, complete or do his job he was fully paid for unless I remove this review. I will now have to report him to the state, BBB and judge. Do NOT use this "lawyer" he truly only cares about his ego and reviews. When he gets a negative review he threatens to sue or behaves like this. I paid him for all of his services and he has not completed them properly. Why would anyone in his profession neglect the main asset of a family divorce such a marital home ???!!!!
