Pricing was clear and never changed until we asked them to take more trees, at which point Chuck told us the new price before work was started. There were no surprises. We received incredible value for the money we spent; their pricing was very competitive. The property where we are having work done is a large old home with a beautiful yard. Our goal is to keep a beautiful yard and preserve most of the large hardwoods while keeping the home safe from trees. Several huge trees were critically close to the house and dozens were within striking distance should a wind storm take them down. As we were getting quotes from several tree services in the area, our main concern aside from keeping the house safe was to minimize damage to the property and the landscape we are keeping. We intend to give the remaining trees the best conditions for health. Dillon is a certified Arborist and took time walking the property with us while giving us his advice on each tree. It's clear that his expertise goes far beyond just removing unwanted trees; he's essentially a tree doctor. His team pruned most of the trees we are keeping giving them a much nicer shape and reducing the potential for falling branches. These guys are a fast moving, precise, well oiled machine. The equipment they brought into the yard was minimal because they do all their work using climbers and ropes. We will be having them back every year or so to maintain our large trees and keep our yard looking its very best.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jensen Outlaws Lawn Care…read more My husband is currently battling chemotherapy and radiation, and because I'm working out of state, I was desperately trying to find someone dependable to help keep our yard maintained. After being let down by someone else, I was feeling discouraged. Even though Jensen Outlaws Lawn Care doesn't normally service the Elba area, they made an exception to help our family during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. They showed up when they promised, did an outstanding job, and treated us with genuine kindness and compassion. It's rare to find a business that cares more about people than convenience, but that's exactly what they demonstrated. Their willingness to go out of their way for complete strangers speaks volumes about their character. What may have seemed like "just mowing a yard" to some meant peace of mind for our family and one less thing for us to worry about while my husband focuses on fighting cancer. Thank you, Jensen Outlaws Lawn Care, for your professionalism, your integrity, and most of all, your heart. Your kindness will never be forgotten, and I wholeheartedly recommend your company to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and exceptional lawn care. You truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful.

After several price quotes from other contractors, we chose Read Industries for a variety of reasons with price and scheduling being the deciding factors. Other concrete contractors quoted us nearly twice as much, said the project was too small for their company, or said they could not get our project scheduled for three or more months. As it turned out, the best choice we made was going with Read Industries. Their price was fair and reasonable for the amount of work involved, they were able to schedule us quickly, and after the work was completed we have nothing but compliments on the professionalism and quality of their work. We highly recommend Read Industries for any concrete work or brick work - they were able to complete all the work in a timely manner, looks great, and cleaned up the site following.
