Pricing was clear and never changed until we asked them to take more trees, at which point Chuck told us the new price before work was started. There were no surprises. We received incredible value for the money we spent; their pricing was very competitive. The property where we are having work done is a large old home with a beautiful yard. Our goal is to keep a beautiful yard and preserve most of the large hardwoods while keeping the home safe from trees. Several huge trees were critically close to the house and dozens were within striking distance should a wind storm take them down. As we were getting quotes from several tree services in the area, our main concern aside from keeping the house safe was to minimize damage to the property and the landscape we are keeping. We intend to give the remaining trees the best conditions for health. Dillon is a certified Arborist and took time walking the property with us while giving us his advice on each tree. It's clear that his expertise goes far beyond just removing unwanted trees; he's essentially a tree doctor. His team pruned most of the trees we are keeping giving them a much nicer shape and reducing the potential for falling branches. These guys are a fast moving, precise, well oiled machine. The equipment they brought into the yard was minimal because they do all their work using climbers and ropes. We will be having them back every year or so to maintain our large trees and keep our yard looking its very best.

Not only is there work impeccable, we appreciate Beaver Tree Service because they recognize and offer discounts to several groups; including seniors, veterans and first responders. My inquiry was quickly recognized, he scheduled soon after, he was on time every time he made an appointment, and he was respectful of my family, my property, and my time during every interaction. I wish all businesses I interacted with operated similarly. The mature trees canopied our pool. We watched most of the removal service and were amazed at how only a few leaves ever fell into the pool, and even those were immediately scooped out. We felt so safe watching how purposeful and planned each cut was. His entire team took time to make sure every move was safely and correctly done. Nothing felt accidental during any step of the process, which was incredibly comforting when dealing with massive trees near your home. There is no way to bring heavy trucks and machinery into a yard and not have some damage, but the damage to the yard was significantly less than what we expected, and truthfully it was barely noticeable in most places. Several times each day they stopped to clean up any branches, leaves, etc. We needed to clean nothing after they left! The yard was left in immaculate shape. Tim and his team were busy while here, even through the heat. I was impressed at the work ethic of each team member from start to finish. We ended up talking to each at some point over their few days on-site, and each were polite and respectful. The intention from the beginning was to make sure both our goal of removing trees was completed, but also that the yard and remaining trees were healthy. They delivered! They discussed early and often with us if they expected changes from the initial plan and kept us informed throughout. Tim runs a family business and his wife, Jodie, was also a dream to work with. The entire process was handled so professionally and pleasantly. As a bonus, if you are able to watch the trees come down, you should! This team is truly skilled at what the do. Seeing the climbers go up, the safety procedures on the ground, the trucks grind up the trees, we were floored at how interesting the process was. 10/10 recommend Tim, and have already had neighbors use him as well. They agree he is a pro and also wouldn't hesitate to recommend. If you've read this far it's likely because you've been also burned by a contractor in the past, but I genuinely believe you will be pleased working with this team.

Let me tell you something about A1 Tree Service. Their slogan is "Quality you can count on with…read morepeople you can trust," and it's true. We had an emergency and they came out at 9pm on a SUNDAY! It wasn't a tree we needed removed, it was a tree we needed climbed to rescue our parrot. They were all super nice on the phone, and they are good people that wanted to help us. AND THEY DID! A1 Tree Service went above and beyond the call of duty; I watched a man climb 70 feet up a pine tree, to the TOP, at 9:30pm and rescue our parrot. They even brought a cherry picker in case it was needed. Their slogan ends with "for a price you can't beat." I know that to be true as well. We will be using them again in the future. They are truly good people and thank you A1 Tree Service!

These guys came out in the rain as quickly as possible to help us tarp over the tree they were removing. They worked their rears off to get that tree removed so we could start the restoration process as soon as possible. They've been wonderful.
