Lucky Lawn completely transformed my flower beds. After 20 years with the same plants, we ripped them all out and Kevin and Rico worked their magic to bring the beds back to life. Rico worked hard to not only get placement right, but to insure that we were happy. He also installed landscaping lights that finished the look. Absolutely horrible customer service. 5 months in and my yard looks worse than before they started. Whoever answers the phone doesn't give a damn, the people that drive the trucks and are supposed to treat the lawns could care less. How these people stay in business is a mystery. Don't waste your time. They quoted me 80% higher than any of their competitors for lawn treatment, and now have farmed out their lawn weed control and fertilizer service to Trugreen - a company notorious for lousy and even fraudulent service. Can't imagine why LL wants to destroy their reputation by associating themselves with trugreen. read more

Where to start? Lucky Lawn did all the landscaping and irrigation work for the home I own since 2015. Drainage problems from day one. First winter when it rained hard I had 6" deep standing water in my back yard and a waterfall off my retaining wall, which resulted in a pool full of pine straw. They came out and fixed it sort of. They also installed the irrigation system and then planted holly bushes and knockout roses directly over top of the irrigation lines. That was a nice surprise and a fun repair, when I tore out the bushes that had wrapped their roots all around the lines. I originally was doing my own fertilization and weed control, but hired them to do it after a year my lawn was way worse. I think they use weed fertilizer and grass killer. I asked for an estimate to install river rock and felt for 800 square feet. They came back at $7000. The rock is $850 and felt would be $100. So, $6000 for labor. Also, you have to hound them to get a customer service response. I was always told someone would call me. I would wait two weeks and then they would tell me it again. read more

I've called this company several times to set up an appointment and each time the woman in the office says someone will call; never happens. Apparently they do not need the business, poor customer relation. I'll be going elsewhere. read more

We have had Lucky Lawn services for over 2 years now. We are very happy with their services and have no complaints. They come and do their service and then send us the bill. We do not have to be home or wait for them to come. They have a set schedule and leave us instructions if there is anything like watering that we need to do. They have a no hassle service that is very appreciated in these busy times. I absolutely could not give them less that 5 stars unless I wanted to get another contractor and I do not. So, way to go Lucky Lawn. Keep up the good work. read more

I have attempted to get someone to come out to my home so that I could get an estimate on some landscaping. I spoke to a woman there, and every time she told me she would have someone call me back to set up an appointment. Unfortunately,​ no one ever returned my phone calls. I also received lawn care services from Lucky Lawn, and my grass is now yellow. I have a sprinkler system set up on a timer, so it is not an issue of overwatering or not watering the grass enough. When I finally called to inform the company that I have tried on three different occasions to do more business​, and the condition my grass is in, the woman who I spoke to on every occasion had nothing to say. So I told her I was taking my business​s elsewhere, and she just said "Ok". so It could be that she is the reason why no one had gotten back, or Lucky Lawn just has bad customer service, and do not have enough capable people to service their customers. read more
