My parents camper was stolen from this location. My dad prepaid for the year and when they went to get the camper it was missing. They have zero security, fake cameras and take zero responsibility. To top it off, they wouldn't even refund my father the remaining two months left of his contract even though the camper could have been missing for months. So you're better off saving your money and storing your gear in an abandoned parking lot in Flint. This storage company is a fraud. My friends had their storage unit broken into three times and the owners did nothing about it. Your valuables are not safe at Bee Safe! I went with my friend to the unit to help her retrieve things and it had been broken into the third time. I was so mad at her for using them after the first time. She said they were cheaper than anyone else. No security, no cameras. They might be cheap but they are a scam. We talked to the manager, who was not there. We talked to an employee who just shrugged and said this happens all the time. She is waiting on a some type of repayment from the owners. I told her not to bother. They won't even return her calls. Frauds! Connie the manager is rude. The offie looks like a Goodwill where Connie sells expired Avon and dirty clothing. I rented a unit and paid for a full winter season. A few days later I decided to store my car in in garage to save money. I called Connie and she agreed to return my check. Instead she cashed it. Refused to take my calls. After almost 2 months I was finally able to reach the owner. He too stood by his thief of a manager. After contacting my bank, sending copies of my check, (cashed by Connie) and contacting a lawyer he finally agreed to send me my money back.
