They always are mindful about any pets and give great instructions on how to handle them (even though we always have our dog in doggy daycare for pest control application days, just to be safe!) Overall Very responsive and had great communication throughout the whole process. I really appreciate all the options of application frequency with different costs and we get to chose what works best for us. We were really happy with the cost and value we get from it. As far as results, also can't say enough nice things. The little bugs that were bothering us are nowhere to be seen.

The "Best of Philly" for Pest Control, Evans Pest Control followed through. Evans is a smooth…read morerunning operation with very knowledgeable, and professional technicians. They provide a time window the day prior to coming to your home or business. Mine was provided to an absent minded member of my building's management who didn't think it was necessary to provide me the courtesy of the information. Unlike PSCo Philly, Evans Pest Control is very systematic, and thorough. I had Ryan, again, performing my exterminating services. Ryan is a consummate professional and takes pride in his work. On the date of his follow up, Ryan from Evans Pest Control had multiple units to tend to in my building, run by an inept Property Manager, and careless management from PSCo Philly and MM Partners, where roach infestation, and bed bugs are problematic, but ignored, unless tenants are vigilant. If only they were as caring and took pride in their work like the head of maintenance. Make sure, if you live in a residential building, that you're provided a Bed Bug Plan to review, prior to signing a Lease, and informed if prior infestations within the last 120, as the City of Philadelphia provides in Section 9-4802. PSCo Philly elects to operate without following laws, and breaches their contractual obligations often. If your landlord has not provide you a bed bug plan and/or notice of an infestation, you can terminate your lease- see the remedies under section 9-4802. Evans is phenomenal, and highly recommended.

My call was answered by Michelle who was efficient, and very friendly and an appointment was scheduled for the same week. Mike was again very pleasant and efficient. He answered all my questions before leaving. I know no one ever wants to need an exterminator but if you do, don't hesitate to call them. The pricing was very competitive and a follow up visit was included in the original price. Did have a few return and a follow up visit was scheduled within a few days, again very pleasantly. Unfortunately, people doing their jobs isn't always the norm anymore, so I try to acknowledge it when they do! Many thanks to Michelle and Mike. It's been a pleasure other than the creepy crawlies I needed to call you for.

We don't really have an ant problem but the stink bugs were unreal so I called and scheduled an appointment. Our neighbors said they do their whole house for about $40 - not bad! My husband was home when the exterminator showed up but he had to run out for five minutes to Wawa. He was gone, no more than five minutes and the exterminator was GONE by the time he got home. The two big kicks in the tits? For a four minute spray, I was charged $80!!! The second? WE HAD SO MANY BUGS LAST SUMMER! This summer I just used the Ortho Home Defense stuff and I literally just saw the first stink bug of the summer this week on the outside of my screen on the second floor. Terrible...I will never use them again. Save your money.

Let me just say - the other service came out TWICE and did nothing but lay bait stations. I asked if they would search for and seal up holes to stop the mice for getting in and out and they told me they didn't find any holes. Ok. After having them come out twice and still not seeing any results, over a period of 5 months - I came across this place. A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path.
