I have a leather loveseat that is unbearable to sit on. An expensive bed that is making my back hurt after 2-3 months and on and on. The salesperson, who could sell anything, a natural salesman, lied about the furniture materials and more. If it had been cheap I would understand, but Ashley charges bigger bucks than most. Please don't think because you are paying more here that you are getting better furniture. YOU WILL NOT!! My husband is disappointed with everything I bought and angry that I want to donate it after a few short months to find decent, useable, people friendly furniture. But that's the plan. IKEA was rated higher.

They are a ripoff and will never, ever get my business again, and I had been a repeat customer. Just want everyone to know what they are dealing with if they ever shop at Ashley's. My advice would be to steer clear of them like the plague and go to Rife's or one of the other reputable, local-to-Oregon furniture stores!

I have found staff in most of the time but have had to do some walking to find someone on occasion. Everyone has been helpful so it's just they need more help (like most places). I have worked with staff in appliances who had someone ahead of us but got to us as soon as he could. We do like Home Depot, recommend it and will be back. Hopefully, they can find more help to assist customers when they're trying to spend money in the store.
