I have used Rick three times and my Mother-in-Law once...nobody but nobody is more thorough and treats your carpet as if it was his own and that you DO NOT FIND in the younger guys who just want a paycheck! Rick is kind and honest and genuine and he doesn't mind that I watch him work. I did ask him to cover the corners of baseboards where hose can and does rub and he of course had the proper blankets to do so and he wiped my baseboards!!! HE WIPED THEM DRY! I have my carpets done twice a year and hope he stays in good health because his work is more like a craft!! He now needs to show me his granite work of cleaning and polishing!!! That I have not done yet! Just had to call Rick for flooding and he responded asap and out same day!!! read more

Rick was very very cool guy! Super nice and polite. I called many places to see if they can help me with a extremely heavy shag rug and he was the only one that could clean it from all my dogs urine smell etc! Also got my carpets cleaned and house looks brand brand new!!!! Will definitely use Rick again and refer him to as many people I can! Thank you Rick Ali read more

Last week, my 2 year old got a hold of a bottle of red nail polish and spilled it all over the bedroom carpet while I was asleep. Just had gotten back from our Vacation and he got into our travel pack before we put it all away. So called Bedrock to see what they could do. The owner Rick came over and gave me a decent quote on the job and seemed to know his stuff. He had 2 guys from his staff work on this difficult and dried nail polish stain for about 6 hours with chemicals well as extractor. Over all I am very satisfied. Just see the photo! Price was very good and we left a nice tip for a job well done. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend or use again. read more

What an amazing and professional job done by Rick! We live in a complicated location in a four story condominium complex. Rick has a mobile system so he was able to bring all the necessary equipment to deep clean our carpet and chair. Not only was the work unbelievable but he himself was incredibly knowledgeable. Refreshing to see someone take such pride in his work! Highly recommend his services......will use him again for regular maintenance! read more

We just purchased a townhouse and needed to get the carpet cleaned before moving in. It ended up being more difficult than we anticipated, the first company we called arrived with a trailer for their equipment and couldn't make it under the 6'11" clearance into our parking structure. Subsequent companies we spoke to also stated they wouldn't be able to make the clearance and one suggested to call Rick. They said he did good work and was their go to guy for places that are tricky to get into. In speaking with Rick, he was very friendly and thorough in getting details of our place and making measurements of his van. It was a relief when he arrived to see his van was able to make it in under our 6'11" clearance and we could actually get our carpet cleaned! Very happy with the work he did, our carpet looks brand new and he took extra effort to tackle a tough stain in our living room. Rick also took time afterwards to walk through and give insight on the type of carpet and flooring we had and how we should care for them, that was very much appreciated as we didn't change anything out so it gave us better understanding into our new home. He has the knowledge and experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Rick and will definitely be using his services here on out. read more

I wish I knew about Rick a year ago. My last carpet cleaning service did not do a good job. Rick cleaned up the dirt they left behind. Also, I'm on the third floor of my condo complex and some services can't get to our unit. Rick brought his power machines and did an awesome job! Thank you Rick !! read more

Rick is the man!!! So helpful and so nice. My carpet and mattress needed some major cleaning because of a puppy and it looks brand new. Also, because I live on the second floor of an apartment building, he had his own water supply - several other carpet services could not do the job for me. But rick did and he did awesome!!!!!!!! The apartment feels brand new read more

Rick was a pro....he helped with my carpets as well as getting me needed information about refurbishing my stone countertops. He is customer service minded...and my carpets came out great. Beyond carpets....he is very knowledgeable about floors and countertops as well. He helped me identify the staining issue in my tricky limestone. A great help! read more

Rick arrived on time amidst the chaos of lengthy moving out activities. He was patient and understanding about the predicament. He had one cat peed rug and three rooms to clean. He rescued the rug so it is like new again and the carpets in the rooms have never been so clean. When I moved in they had just been cleaned but had stains and dark edges. No more! They are now pristine. On top of the Rick provided helpful advice about what the unpleasant truck loader was up to, the best vacuum for pet owners and other things. He was just FANTASTIC!! I'd give ten stars if I could! read more

When we talk about reliable service and the best value for my money Bedrock Service Solutions comes to mind. I have utilized their carpet cleaning service a few time now and have always been met with high quality service from start to finish. It is easy to set up an appointment and expect fast punctual arrival. I have always been met with a very kind staff who make me feel like they really enjoy their work and care about our homes. Their extensive experience with all types of flooring in industrial and commercial properties is evident in the quality and duration of the clean. I live in a huge apartment complex and have even been offered free carpet cleaning by the owners but refused because I know the staff at Bedrock will do a better job. Their set up is fast and efficient and their prices are the most competitive I have ever seen hands down. I will continue to use their cleaning service for all my flooring and upholstery needs. I was told they also offer flooring installation and who better to trust. You will not find a better service anywhere and I highly recommend Bedrock Service Solutions for all flooring needs any time of the year with the most affordable prices out there. I stand by this review 100% read more
