I'm so glad I stopped at this shop when we passed through Sisters! It's super cute with a lot of great merchandise. I bought a cute little dress for my kiddo, and some socks for myself. They had some nice dishwater and I bought a couple small plates. They have jewelry in several different locations, and lots of other sorts of merchandise. One could certainly find something(s) for themselves here, or some nice gifts. I considered buying a serving bowl for my sister but wasn't sure if she'd use it, and I know my nephew and mom considered buying her some sort of garden item. Staff was friendly and not overbearing. There's a little area where you can buy drinks and maybe some small bites, and they have a nice deck out front to sit and relax. I enjoyed wandering the store and picking up a few things and would recommend them for a stop if you're nearby. read more

Service was horrible. it seemed that more than one of the employees has a chip on their shoulder. One was contentious and not helpful at all. Even accusatory. This place feels very spiritually DARK. This is one of my favorite shops in Sisters! This store has so many amazing gifts but what brings me in when I travel is the customer service. They are always personal and thoughtful. My wife loves every gift I have ever gotten from them and, being a guy, I can use all the help I can! Also kudos to being thorough regarding masks and sanitizer. This is destination shopping in Sisters. When I really care about a purchase I go here... and that says something as I usually am a lazy "Amazon Shopper." The store is warm & inviting...and during Covid Times they offer you wonderful hand sanitizer... I must admit that it is a bit like getting a spritz of $250 cologne in a a Paris boutique. When I drive east through The Cascades from Eugene, my first destination is always Bedouin. I make that trip often as much for visiting this shop as for the spectacular drive, and it's about time I posted a review. There have been times that I have made the two hour drive (one way) just to go to Bedouin. When I walk in, I immediately feel better somehow. This shop has such great "juju," is so thoughtfully and artfully designed, and sells such beautiful things. Just being in that space is instantly soothing. Harmony (the owner) is very careful about the quality and originality of her items, and she displays them like the art they are. Every single thing she sells is art; jewelry, clothing, stationery, tableware, home decor. She clearly prefers quality and originality/creativity over quantity/touristy kitsch. Her staff are wonderful, welcoming women of all smiling ages, and they will make you feel like you're in the company of family you didn't know you had. read more

Bedouin is a one of a kind gem. The owner is knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. Through a mutual friend we connected while I was living in Jordan and I was able to bring her some pieces of Bedouin jewelry she was seeking. We discussed many issues around ethical marketing and she impressed me with her knowledge and integrity. I bought Jack's chairs for my patio and they have been one of the few pieces of furniture to travel with me. They are strong and gorgeous. Harmony spent so much time with me being present and making sure that I found something I liked. A friend participated in an art auction at Bedouin for a good cause - something they do periodically to help the community- and gifted me with a beautiful painting by Susie Zeitner; it is beautiful and inspiring. I am a local and was yet to visit this store. I had a day where I stopped in after running few errands. I was dressed in workout shorts and a T-shirt...although being in middle of conversation as I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all, not with even a smile or welcome. I was looked at, eye contact and nothing. I walked to the back after a few moments browsing out front. After deciding that I wasn't wanting to spend my money here. I walked back by and gave the associate ( I think was actually the owner) another chance for "thanks for Stopping by" or even a smile that would of persuaded me to give it another chance. Again, she looked at me and made eye contact and said nothing as I was leaving. I was not impressed at all. I have worked in Customer Service industry for almost 30 yrs, and this place lacks it on every level. I prefer to shop locally, but I won't here. read more

OMG! I love! love! love this store!!! This store is a hidden gem in the entire state of Oregon! I look forward to our visits to the area, just to come and see what new awesome things they have! Whoever chooses the clothing and accessories they carry does a fantastic job. Everything is just trendy enough without being unusable after a week. This is in general a higher priced store, but the buys are for the most part very much worth it. They don't carry things that you will just find anywhere. A lot of unique designs. They also have a section of small gift items, which are nice as well. They are just the right amount of friendly in there too. They greet you when you enter, they offer help and advice, but if you say your just browsing, they will leave you to your own adventure and be ready to assist you if you feel the need.
