In the end, I opted for the duck in red curry sauce, as duck is much more common in the UK than in the US. It was quite tasty - nice cook on the meat, great flavor of the sauce. The fact that family of the owners were there at the early start of the meal and their children were eating food cooked in the kitchen was a pleasure as it added to the personal nature of the business. I needn't have worried-the lamb was slow cooked, lean and wonderfully tender. The sauce was rich and deep-a revelation. The green curry was less fireworks but very nice indeed with all the attendant flavours you would expect in a good Thai curry.
