While the school has seen several administrative changes, including a very difficult period under a previous director, we stayed because of the incredible teaching staff. Unfortunately, the school recently lost Ms. Shelina, an 11-year veteran and the only fully Montessori-certified teacher on staff. To see a teacher of her caliber and dedication pushed out--seemingly due to administrative interference with her classroom expertise--is heartbreaking. Furthermore, the physical environment has declined; classrooms have become overcrowded with furniture, making it difficult for children to work independently as the Montessori method intends. Until there is stability in staffing and a return to true Montessori standards, I find it difficult to recommend this school to new families.

However, during…read moreour time with the school we can share that Ms. Shelina was an absolute phenomenal educator for both of our girls. Her understanding of our eldest daughter and her need to have structure yet space to learn and how she was able to explain that to us was truly exceptional. And her dedication to creating a positive, engaging and supportive learning environment was truly remarkable for our youngest daughter. She consistently went above and beyond sparking a genuine love for our girls that had them wanting to share what they learned that day. Ms. Shelina's commitment to the students and the school was always evident, and her departure will be a significant loss for both the school and students as they would have would have benefited from her guidance and patience in the future.

We have been to other day cares in the Grapevine/Southlake area and Primrose is by far our favorite. The teachers and classrooms are very close knit. All the teachers are fantastic and very affectionate with my kids. My daughter's teachers know my son and vice versa. I like that the same teachers are with my kids for most of the day and that they are there when I pick my kids up. I can find out how my kids' days went directly from the source. Parents receive detailed progress reports about their child from the teachers several times a year. Each age group has their own fenced playground that is attached to their classroom. Teacher turnover is very low. We have only had one teacher leave and she was going back to college. The teachers and staff enjoy their job and it shows in everything they do. Every month, Primrose has a family appreciation day where they do something special for each family like send home fresh-baked cookies, homemade chilli and cornbread, etc. They also offer a Parent's Night Out once a month for a small charge. My son attends a computer class called Floppy's Mouse Club and exercise class called Stretch N Grow once a week for a small fee. They also offer a weekly gymnastics class. The office staff and day care director know every parent and child by name. We have had such a positive experience at Primrose Bedford and our only regret is not going there sooner!

It has…read morebeen around for ages, and employs some of the greatest and most loving, caring and tender hearted teachers for little kiddos that I know! What I love about this school is the simplicity of it. It is just the right amount of "schooling" for little ones, while letting them "be little", and keeping with some old fashioned, really great traditions; holiday celebrations like the annual pumpkin parade, friendship feasts, valentine's day parties and other fun activities are on the calendar every year. The art projects my little one brings home are simple, but well thought out by her, rather than the teacher, which really lets me know they let her little imagination work while at school. They also use a a great program called zoo-phonics to help teach the alphabet and letter sounds school wide, which is great because it builds from year to year as students pass through each little grade level/program. I love that it isn't over the top, and that their motto is "where children learn through their play". I love that they let my kid, be a kid! Students may enroll in school here beginning at 18 months, at the beginning of the Fall semester. They have a a toddler class, Cherubs class (for two year olds who are potty trained) several three year old classes and then several Pre-K classes. I love the whole school, directors, music teacher...everyone! I couldn't recommend them more! I just want to tack on a little edit as of 02/05: I want to give a shout out to the ladies at Fumc Preschool Euless ! This morning when I ran my three year old into class, with my baby on my hip, someone managed to smash my passenger side window, in the three minutes I was inside. Even though I was parked in the front row of the school and it was drop off rush hour, they made off with my purse with EVERYTHING inside. Luckily, my phone and laptop were in my diaper bag, hidden underneath the cleanliness of my car.... HA!I was so frazzled the girls at the school took Collins and placed her in Brett's classroom while I called and filed the police report. They helped me look up phone numbers to cancel credit cards and bank accounts, served me a piece of cake, got me a diet coke and a protein bar, and even cleaned up the glass for me, all while we waited for my husband. I am grateful to all of these girls for helping me out today in my time of need! Thank you Fumc Preschool Euless. You are true servants of the heart!

It is so hard to find somewhere that you trust your babies to go but look no further- this is it! We're all in now and couldn't be happier. Thank you Fuller Hearts for treating mine like your own and we are so glad you're our family!

There is a curriculum but my toddlers didnt learn anything there. I would watch the cameras and it was literally kids running amok and playing amongst themselves all day. The staff was always on their phones and they would sometimes sit near blind spots so that you couldnt see them. The staff and director were also never upfront about sicknesses or conditions going around. There were RSV, Hand Foot and Mouth, and lice breakouts and parents were NEVER advised. They would have a small sign in a door maybe, but never communicated. I pulled my kids after a staff member let it slip that there was yet another bug going around that the school was keeping on the hush. We moved to getting a nanny and haven't looked back. Caveat..my kids were there doing the pandemic and during a temporary shift in location, those factors could have impacted the normal service but the other reviews lead me to believe this isnt the case.

At St. Philip's we found the most wonderful, caring, and attentive employees once could hope to find. The director stays involved with the children on a daily basis, welcoming parents and the children each morning and then "seeing them off" in the afternoon. The classes are small enough that every child gets all the attention necessary to (1) help them get adjusted to the environment, routine, and expectations; and, (2) get the warmth, affection, and love a parent would want their child to receive. St. Philip's is exceptional and we are extremely grateful for everything they have done to help my granddaughter become the well-rounded child that she now is.

And was without our consent. At 3 years old, children are learning how to play, listen, and understand -- they shouldn't be held to unrealistic standards. I later learned this had supposedly been a concern since he was 2, yet no one ever discussed it with us. It feels like the school made assumptions and took advantage of us being young, first-time parents instead of communicating openly. Parents deserve transparency and children deserve to be supported, not judged.
