The tabs that held it in place were broken off. I went back the next day, and a very help full employee helped me fill out a damage report. The company responded about Four days later by e-mail. Their stance is that the antenna had a manufacturing defect and this is a common problem with this type of antenna and they are not responsible. This is not inexpensive to fix. I had three quotes ranging from 400 to 850 dollars. Just beware if this happens to you, they will take no responsibility, and it will be a manufacturing defect.
