Very friendly staff, When i wash my truck at this location the wash seems to get my truck…read morespotless. love that the vacuums are included with the wash. I am a member because of the value of the unlimited washes where you can wash more than once a day

When I went inside to get a towel, there weren't any available. I asked an employee, and instead of giving me one, I was told it was their policy that you're supposed to keep your towel and exchange it for a clean one each time you visit. The problem is that when I signed up for the towel program, no one ever explained that policy to me. To make it even more confusing, every other location I've visited has clean and dirty towel bins where customers simply grab a clean towel and return the used one. Because of that, I had no reason to think I was supposed to keep my original towel. The only solution I was offered was to drive back to the original location where I purchased my membership to get a towel. Since that wasn't practical, I left without being able to dry off my car, even though I had already paid for the towel program. If this location has a different policy, customers should be informed when they sign up. Better yet, all locations should follow the same process so members know what to expect. I paid for a service that I wasn't able to use, and the lack of consistency and communication made for a frustrating experience.

They do a decent job. Wish the would wash rims before going into carwash. No interior work.read more

When I was thinking about the review I was going to write for the Village Auto Spa, I was trying to…read morethink of things that I they could do better. This is just your average car wash, but every time I have gone to see them, they have done an excellent job. When you drive into the location and veer towards the car wash, you are politely greeted by one of the attendants. You tell them what you want, and that's about it. If you are like me, and do a lot of highway driving, then you probably have bugs on the front of your car. Each time I go I asked them to use the pressure wash on the front of my car to try and get some of those bugs off, and it usually works. After you are done with your wash, you drive your car around toward the exit where you are greeted by someone who will dry your car. Now, I know we have all been there where you are not sure if you should tip, how much you should tip, how you're going to be if you are "that guy". Well, the Village Auto Spot does not allow for tipping so you don't have to worry about that awkward moment. Next to the spot where you get your car dried there is a two car garage where you can get extra services. I have never used any of their services as I usually wax my own car, but when I have a peek inside it always looks very nice in there. Also, while you are waiting for your car you can go and wait in their lobby... or so it seems. Either that, or there are just random people standing in their lobby looking over at the detailing spot. As a side note, if you go before 10 AM you can get a dollar off. Five dollars for their basic wash is a pretty good deal!
