Do NOT use use this car wash across from the mall on monroe street. My husband went thru today and found a deep scratch on drivers hood near the windshield (see reviews on Better Business Buteau for same complaint) The girl employee he showed admitted that something was likely "hanging low" and will have the manager call us. After no call all day, we went back over there and the "manager" Kevin claims that their car wash did not scratch the car. He was rude and very unprofessional. He needs some customer service training to say the least. Would not give the owners name and number. Mind you- this car is only used on weekends and to take out to get a car wash. read more

Wish I could give this zero stars. So I went to this place to get one car wash before I went to a wedding. I waited about five minutes till somebody who work there to assist me. An employee came out with her daughter and said that I had three options. The first to pay for the ultimate plan, which was $20. The second option was the pay $40 for a platinum plan. The last plan was to $50 for a car wash. I made it clear that I was there for one car wash and saw the sign said $8 for Saturday car washes. She said it was those 3 options. So I paid for the ultimate package. Received no proof that I got the ultimate plan. After the car wash, I saw noticeable scratched when I got home, and a piece of the car wash in my car bumper. I will never go here again. I will go back once they fix my car and pass a linerary test for their machines. Please look at my pics and think twice before going. read more

Customer service here is great. Always friendly and polite. They have free vacuums, rug washing/mat beaters stations, free air, 5 minute quick wax for $20. They do car detailing (never tried that). Been coming here for a long time. Prices have gone up, so I'd recommend coming in with a coupon or on weekdays (Monday-Thursday) where an express wash is $4.25. read more

Literally the worse and most ghetto car wash experience I've ever had. Such a cluster of cars and several workers with no one directing traffic and people just cutting one another off. So it's a closed loop system with free vacuums and the idea to vacuum your car and then get it washed and exit after. People however try to come and utilize the free vacuums and backout and leave which isn't conducive for traffic flow all while people are trying to come either get in line for a wash or backout from vacuuming their car and tearing to finish by paying for and getting their wash. The workers seriously need to do a better job of directing traffic and keeping things moving slowly to avoid people running into one another. Definitely would go to an alternative place before returning here and if you're wise you'll do the same. read more

High pressure sales tactics. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get a wash because the kid taking payment was pressuring each driver to sign up for their membership program. I had to decline over ten times before I finally ask to see a manager. The manager refused any responsibility for pushing people and causing delays. I have to agree with Steve's review on here, this is the best car wash around! Not only is the price low but they have free vacuums! This place does get busy sometimes but for a reason, the quality is great and they get you in and out quick! While there I got the express wash which was on special for $4.25. Although they did not towel dry my car, it didn't need it! It came out spotless and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! The place has several employees working who service all customers with a smile! I was greeted by a nice young lady who took my money and my car was loaded by a nice young man who sprayed the front and back of my car well! 2nd time going there was worse than the first. Both times badgered about buying a membership. This time the guy would not accept my answer of "no thank you." He continued to pester me about it for about 5 more minutes. Then he asked "why won't you just spend $5 more for the membership?", as he pulled down his mask and sprayed his spit into my car. That's when I had to roll up my window and get out of there. Very unprofessional sales people and very rude, not to mention dangerous to me and my passengers' health. Never go there. Ordered the ultimate, apparently big mistake in cold weather as when I left my car and windows were covered in wax. Gave the guy $20 and know that the two guys were not giving what I paid for, because no tire shine either. Used to love this place in earlier days but since the so called remodels think my next wash will be at Russ'! More trouble to go all the way back and they had the wash going too fast for one car in line! Back when they had coupons it was much nicer...had to wash all my windows by hand after and will have to rub out the wax on car...lesson learned read more

Went to this establishment mid February for a car wash and was talked into doing the membership for $20 a month. I bought a brand new vehicle that same month and trusted the establishment that going forward and getting washes that my vehicle would be cared for and maintained. However that has not been the case, since getting my car washed multiple times I've received scratches and gashes on my vehicle in the same area. Unaware at first where the damages were occurring from I thought they were from me but didn't understand how since the vehicle is a luxury vehicle and I do well taking care of my things and I'm a good driver and where the damage was at it was difficult for it to happen from me and daily driving. Come end of March, I received a car wash on my lunch break once I received my wash I went back to work and soon after I was off I realized another gash on the same area as the previous damage on vehicle I immediately realized it must had come from the car wash. Upon further investigation on my end I filing a piece of fiber strand embedded into the paint/damages area that was of the same color of that used at the establishment. I filed out an incident report and spoke with the manager on duty about the situation as well as showed him video proof of the damage and the embedded fiber strands on the same day of that wash however the manager denied all claims and denied that faulty machinery caused any damage. This has caused a huge inconvenience on me and I figured and trusted that management would be willing to help in this situation and that the establishment would take care of my vehicle everytime I entered the wash but this was not the case. I would not recommend anyone to use this car wash. read more

This place sucks! I paid for an underbody wash and they did not wash the underbody of my car it was bone dry. At least they gave me my $ back but the girl who worked there was very very rude about it and there was no manager on site. It was being run by children who were all sitting in a little room. I went there one time and it will be my last! The outside of my car did look nice tho. So if you do not care about getting all the salt and crap off the bottom of your car and you just want the outside to look clean along with horrible customer service then this place is great for you! read more

Got the month of unlimited washes because of the salt on the road, they fail to tell you that they renew it every month on your credit card. Not very happy finding that out the hard way. Need to find out how to cancel that problem, now I see why they ask for a credit card when I was trying to pay for it with cash. read more

Worst management in the world, blond manager Corey is always so rude to not only me, but to other customers and employees. They say their rapid wax is a carnauba wax but I looked at the can and it doesn't say it is, all a lie! Can get a better wash from a rainstorm. When driving through the Minuteman car wash the car wash broke down and my car got stuck halfway through the car wash. When it broke down it broke down and spewed what I believe is hydraulic fluid all over my car my car was also damaged during this process I tried contacting Minuteman to get them to take care of the damage for my vehicle they will not contact me back I highly recommend you stay away from this car wash. read more

The employees are always friendly and always working, which means that management is doing their job. They have free vac and floor mat cleaners for you to use also.
