I would gladly have purchased the expensive 'kit' to get the parts I needed but these people are so customer oriented, they just gave me the bolts I needed and wouldn't accept any money for them. This is the hallmark of a great company - putting the customer first. I will be doing all my shopping for outdoor equipment through the Outdoor Living Center from now on. These grills aren't cheap, but the quality can't be beat. While I have yet to purchase mine, this is where I will get it once I am ready. In addition to grills, this shop has a large variety of high end outdoor furniture, hammocks and decorative items. The products can get very expensive, but they do have a very good selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful and will be a great resource for all of my outdoor needs. If you're looking to improve your outdoor living, this is the place to visit.

When a customer attempted to give her feedback on her business after spending a significant amount at this sale, she verbally abused her and made a scene. After attending many sales in many areas, I would never suggest shopping with her. In addition to her attitude, she just slaps painters tape on items and marks pricing on that. It's sad that she doesn't take the time to put proper tags on VERY expensive items/furniture. It comes across more as a garage-sale type situation. Very disappointing.

The customer service we received from the owner Eric was by far the best I have ever received he new everything I needed and wanted to know about Primo grills and the comparison to all the other grills that he sold, also making sure I had all the accessories I wanted while explaining what they were and how to use them.He also made sure to contact me after my purchase to tell me Primo grill was running a promotion for a free smart fire temperature controller and instant read thermometer and sent me the link. Now for the grill with all my awesome accessories, the extended rack which gives me more cooking space, the heat deflectors, and of course the free temp controller and thermometer about a $300 value I have cooked some of the most amazing food to perfection.
