My stylist took 4 inches off of my hair, and one side is one inch longer than the other. No shampoo, no style. 11 minutes from start to finish. My daughter got a trim, her hair is worse than mine. Completely uneven. Our two haircuts, each scheduled for 45 minutes, were both completed in less than 30 minutes total. A complete disaster, and very frustrating. We will be getting new haircuts to fix these. Needless to say, very disappointed and we won't return.
