Our room was nice. It was clean and I loved the modern new look of everything. The bed was comfortable and I slept pretty well (except for my friends snoring lol). I had breakfast before checking out Saturday which included fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. There was plenty of parking and we were able to walk to dinner. The room was spacious and well appointed. We were very disappointed when we checked in. The girl at the desk barely acknowledged me when we walked in. Did't even ask me if I was an Honors member. I was glad we checked in early with the Hilton app so I didn't have to deal with her. The Manager needs to give her a course in Customer Relations. We were also disappointed that we weren't told that breakfast was only until 9:00 am not the usual 10:00 am so when we got there at 9:00 it was closed. Fortunately, the morning front desk lady made us togo bags full of goodies. Seems the owner has changed the usual Hampton breakfast closing time from 10 to 9. I don't think it is going to be a welcome change.
