How can you not love BB&B? I use to go just to browse for everything I didn't know I always needed. There is always coupons available so you never have to pay full price and if you find the rare open box or display discount, which is like finding the golden ticket. I got a kitchenaid mixer for less than $200 a few years ago because of this! My only complaint is that the isles are too small and I can't get my buggy can't get through. read more

I've never had such bad customer service as I've had with Bed Bath and Beyond. First, be completely certain that whatever you order from them is something you will keep, otherwise you may pay as much to return ur item as you did to purchase it. I ordered a dining table based on the color indicated on their website. When it arrived it was much darker. I contacted customer service and was told they're are not responsible for the photography on their website. Ok so total misrepresentation. So, I need to return it. I was advised the return label will cost me over $70. The table cost me $179. Insane! They email me the label and advise I will be contacted to set up a pickup. NOT! I wait days and nothing. Call back and they said ok we'll contact UPS for the pickup and you will be contacted to set up a time. NOT! UPS comes to my house today to pick up the table. No advance notice and if I wasn't home, the table would still be in my living room. I'm pretty infuriated with BB&B and will not order another product from them. So make sure you will keep what u order from them or you'll have to take out a loan to send it back! read more

Not the company it once was, especially online line services are not to be trusted. We purchased a bunk bed that we had ZERO communication on delivery and tracking. It was mishandled admittedly by Bed Bath and Beyond and delayed. Then it was delivered without any warning and dumped at our home. read more

This review has nothing to do with the patio set, it has to do with Bed, Bath and Beyond's 'delivery date' and return policy. When I ordered this set, I needed it delivered on the delivery date they said. I ordered on 8/31 and it said '2 day delivery, will be delivered on 9/2/26'. I even got tracking updates that the shipment was on its way, followed up by a 'delivered' status on 9/2. But I never received the shipment on 9/2, so I tracked the shipment on 9/3. When I used the tracking number, all UPS's site could tell me was that the label was printed, 'sorry for the delay in shipping', and an unknown date it will actually be shipped. I called customer service and they could not tell me when it would actually be shipped, but that it could be 5 business days from the order date before it ships. Since the delivery date was unknown and nobody could tell me a definitive delivery date, I went and purchased another patio set that was delivered same day. I needed a patio set asap as I was planning a family get together and need the patio set to seat everybody, otherwise I would have had to cancel. When I went online to return the patio set that has not been delivered yet, they charged me $200 for return shipping labels because the patio set was 'not defective' and I had simply 'changed my mind'. Customer service had zero empathy for the reasons I was returning this product and refused to offer any kind of credit for this inconvenience. I will never buy anything from B,B and B again unless they offer a complete refund of the shipping label cost. See order number 479517471 for more details read more

Customer service is slow and useless. Stay away from bed bath and beyond and the overstock brand (same company if you didnt know). I got a defective shed and they refused to do anything because I started the conversation with the email on the box. Took 13 days after I asked bed bath and beyond to help for them to respond with a 'supplier warranty number" that is disconnected. Once I finally got a hold of customer service they blamed me for contacting the wrong company first, rather than helping lean on the supplier to actually serve their product. Just to reiterate, you are better off looking elsewhere, this company is just an attempt to get some sales off the old bed bath and beyond good name. read more

I have always liked bed bath and beyond but I recently moved and placed an order with BBB. Their software didn't recognize my new address so it changed it to what it thought it should be. Even the billing address. So BBB refuses to refund my money despite the fact I didn't receive my packages. Their response was for me to retrieve them from the address they delivered them to. How ridiculous and stupid is that!! No wonder they're going out of business. Terrible customer despute resolution! I really don't understand why payment was made to these people considering the wrong billing address was showing. Really irresponsible. Update your system. It's outdated and not recognizing new addresses. read more

I love this new location for the new Bed Bath and Beyond. They not only have their old stuff from Thruway, but they now have a cosmetics and toiletries section now. Also a baby section. What's great is that their cosmetics according to my wife.... is actually cheaper for a lot of things, and the 20% coupon actually works on it (which usually coupons don't work on cosmetics). The baby section was amazing too. Happens that there was a baby shower that we had to participate in a little bit ago, and there were things made that I didn't even know could be made for little kids. Awesome selection. Again, I recommend using the 20% coupon that often comes in the mail. read more

Bed Bath & Beyond - Department Stores Near Me - Winston Salem, North Carolina

This is your standard Bed Bath & Beyond! I feel like this is one of those stores where if you have been to one you have been to them all. They are all setup exactly the same. This one has that drug store-esq add in that some Christmas Tree Shops have now too and well I just don't get it. I wish they would put their 20% coupons on their mobile app. I always get them to my house and throw them out because I don't think I'll need them. I think mobile coupons would be the way to go for them, it is 2014 after all. I will say sometimes it is good to go in store instead of ordering things online because you can see it and feel it. I went in to buy a fiber bed and it is hard to buy one online because you just don't know what it is going to feel like when purchasing something like that online. And of course lets face it when someone gets married there is probably a 50% chance they will be registering here. read more

I visited BBB @ 1020 Hanes Mall Blvd. Winston Salem, NC on July 21. I had three shower curtains to return. Store manager would not accept them because she said they were from a third party. I had SKU numbers for all three, also had a screenshot saying they were eligible for store return or mail returns. So are store returns not allowed? read more

I enjoy going to Bed Bath and Beyond... I especially like exploring their clearance racks!! It seems there is ALWAYS something I need to get at this store. One annoyance is that the store is so jam packed that trying to maneuver a cart through the store is nearly impossible. My husband camped out in one spot and I walked around looking for what I needed... Of which they stopped carrying in the stores. Love!!! Back in Rochester, NY there were 2 stores called "Buy Buy Baby" and "Christmas Tree Shops" which are owned by the same company as Bed Bath and Beyond. I was saddened to see that there weren't any Buy Buy Baby stores or Christmas Tree Shops in the Winston Area... but then I stumbled into their mini Christmas Tree Shop-section and baby section here, in Bed Bath and Beyond! Obviously not anywhere close to the size of the original but it's nice to know there are baby products here that you can use your 20% off or $5 off coupons on. Another Yelper mentioned this store NOT having 20% off mobile coupons but I get those sent to my phone, not all the time but every now and then I'll get a text message coupon link. I also love that this company will take expired coupons so DON'T THROW THOSE EXPIRED ONES OUT! Save them up and use multiple coupons at a time! You can also use them on clearance items. read more

Outstanding customer service. Purchased a cooking set a couple weeks ago. Not satisfied at all with the quality. Jeremy and team accommodated a return without a receipt or original packaging. We were so happy with our experience we purchased a more expensive set during our visit. Always appreciate good customer service and employees who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs! read more

Came in Bed Bath and Beyond to buy a large cooking pot. They didn't have one I wanted but the customer service I recieved was great. I asked at customer cervice and they let me to the right area. A manager took over and showed me a few options. When it was obvious that they didn't have what I was looking for, he said they could order it and deliver to our house. I was impressed. read more

They have a huge variety of home things. I use the 20% off coupon which can save you a lot of money. Most things I have bought have been great but I did buy some duds. I would check their online reviews to make sure what you get is good quality. read more

The store is ok. Workers at the buy buy baby spot are not helpful at all. We had Erica today and she acted as if she was put out when we asked for a price check. We were the only shoppers in that section so she wasn't busy. read more

Just like any other bed bath and beyond. They have the lay out perfected and the coupon system is awesome. This one's location is slightly better than others because of the shopping center it is located in. It shares the complex with target Kohls dollar tree and ulta. Really ask any woman that doesn't like those stores. It's the perfect shopping storm in one complex. read more

Please do not ever under any circumstance make a registry here. I have about 5 friends who will be getting married this year and I have warned them about this businesses customer service. They do not care about you and continually tell you you are wrong when you bring an issue to their attention. I have never been spoken to so poorly as a customer in my life. read more

Thank you so much Stephanie!! You helped me to locate the Peanuts Holiday Collection shower curtain and have it delivered right to my front door!!! Much thanks to you and the other young lady for helping me out on a busy busy day and doing this for me! Great place and all are always willing to help!! read more

Staff is a little overbearing for me. I just want to be able to look at things without feeling pressure to buy them from someone who is watching my every move from 2 rows over. I am glad that they are willing to help, but hovering is not something that makes me want to buy your stuff. read more

This is your typical BB&B. It was Black Friday and nothing stood out about this place. The customer service counter was efficient and pleasant. We exchanged my daughters mini Keurig coffee maker for a special edition. The transaction went smoothly and we were pleased. Hopefully this one won't give her the "prime" message like ours did that we bought & returned to Walmart b/c the display kept reading "prime". That meant that the water sensor was not sensing that we still had water in the reservoir even though we had an ample amount of water! When we got home we all treated ourselves to Wolfgang Puck's Hazelnut coffee with organic french vanilla cream from Whole Foods with lemon Pepperidge Farm cookies. read more

I bought some items yesterday that I determined wouldn't work in my house, so I returned them today with no problem. But I had also found some things I bought back in January (8 months ago) that had somehow made their way to the back of the closet, and that I didn't need any more. They were still in the bag with the receipt. I didn't think they would let me return them, but I was wrong - the man who was in charge said there was a 365-day return policy in January, so I got a complete refund. (Note: the policy was changed in March, so returns have to be prompter now.) I really appreciated his knowledge of the previous policy and willingness to help me! read more

I saw your "Jewish " section at one of your stores Hanes mall Winston Salem, nc. I found the dancing rabbi and menche on a bench in very poor taste. I was so offended I had to walk out and take my business elsewhere. read more

I love the store but there are insufficient open cash registers, there is no order to pay and they are not friendly to all customers.

My favorite place for all sorts of deals. I picked up a comforter set for an awesome price . The staff is always friendly and more than happy to help you find what you are looking for. read more
