What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was--never once did he seem rushed or irritated, even with all my questions and back-and-forth. It's rare these days to come across this level of customer service. Ray's kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my day, and I truly appreciate it. He's a great example of what excellent service looks like!

The cashiers were very friendly, which was the one positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for a while. Hopefully, management can get things back in order because this used to be one of my favorite Ross stores.

The parking was the usual but not too bad for a Friday morning. While there, I also picked up a 35 piece set of food storage containers for $7.99! They will definitely come in handy. Overall, glad the foot traffic wasn't so heavy and I could browse a bit today. The scanners at the entrance are a nice addition. I only wish the app had more to offer like some of the other wholesale stores in the area, but overall a quick and easy trip.

There was only 1 register open. However, two Gabes employees were standing behind the one cashier having a chat. The quality of most items I'd say are fair at best. All of this is going on while she is standing with the item and receipt. I thought it was odd when they made her get out of line and wait so they could handle her return. Thank goodness an associate that was working with my mom explaining multiple times that you cannot return something that has been returned before if the patron has a receipt. My mom asked the store to call the police so they could review the "so called tape". This never happened of course. This will be reported to Gabe's corporate as harassment.

What I always find really neat about this store (as with other Dollar Tree's) is the variety of useful and decorative seasonal items at this store. Last spring I was able to buy ridiculously cheap seeds which did germinate and produce some pretty decent vegetables. Great place to get seasonal potholders or platters for adding holiday cheer to your house. The mylar balloons I get from here last a really long time too. One balloon we got in February lasted weeks. They did fill that balloon fresh up with helium, so you might not have as good luck if you get one of their pre-filled balloons. Another great item to get is there frozen fruit, they are pretty decent and come out to be a lot more economical than normal stores. The store is generally kept very tidy. Sometimes the checkout lines can be a little slow, but this is always in flux like any store. For me it just gives me a longer opportunity to roam around the store and find other small things to grab for my house.
