So long story short they ended up selling me parts that they supplied and telling me I did not need the parts I brought which was not true it was just going to take to long to install them. The mechanic would not even speak to me and the service tech screamed that they don't let customers bring parts and that I was LUCKY it got done as soon as it did. No customer service not friendly I will go along with another review I read nothing good here but the restrooms. To bad I didn't need one.

When I was a little kid, my mom would often park and take us in through Sears so we'd have a decent place for a bathroom break before the ride home to Boligee. Sears has a lot of products they are known for like Craftsman Tools, but they are a little pricey in some things. One cool thing about Craftsman is that you can exchange your old worn out tools for a replacement new one with their Lifetime Guarantee. Given this, I ended up calling a different repairman (from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair), who did a much better job. Later, the repairman from Hassan called and told me he ordered a control board for the fridge, but I checked and he ordered the wrong one. I told him this on the phone, and he started yelling that he knew what he was doing and that he'd come by the next day to fix it. When he showed up, I refused to let him in nor to pay him. He left, swearing under his breath. I'll also note that the repairman from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair said that he had many customers contact him after having problems with Hassan Appliances. Apparently, the Hassan repairman is known for cussing people out and doing shoddy work. Save yourself the aggravation - use another service company!

Jonathan responded to our call for help regarding installing a new faucet in the kitchen as well as…read moreremoving the old stuck parts and repairing a damaged piece that we didn't know the name of. We already had our new faucet and parts, and for the new piece, turns out it was the strainer, he asked me to download the home depot app and place my order and offered to pick it up. He pulled out the old pieces, installed the new faucet, and I went to pick up the strainer which he installed and triple checked for any leaks once complete, all in exactly 1 hour. Jonathan was absolutely amazing! The price he charged was incredibly reasonable and a relief for our limited budget: $50/hr for so much work covered. He's also skilled in other jobs too, so we are having him back to install two new light fixtures and convert to LED from fluorescent bulbs. Moreover, he was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Jonathan answered all of my questions about terminology for things in case I have any trouble in the future and described how converting to LED can be as simple as picking up the new LED plastic bulbs. Truly an amazing human and awesome experience, I look forward to working with him again soon!
