Now, in terms of product, and overall experience, this really gave me Gordmans meets Ross, but with Nordstrom prices. I didn't find anything here that was quality and affordable. A lot of kid items looks like they could be at Tj Maxx but were 2x what I'd pay. The merchandising itself is lacking and add to the cheap side of things which is a contrast to the actual pricing. The lines are queued like Bed Bath and Beyond, and overall I just felt a little blah leaving the store. I don't think I'll return for a while, hopefully they get more merchandise in the store as right now a lot of racks are sparse and lacking quantity.

We shop at Targets all over Omaha, but this one is absolutely the best and cleanest/most organized by a mile. There are rows and rows of perfectly arranged and clean aisles. Even the TOY aisles were neat and tidy. The literally only area I've ever seen disorganized are the clearance racks, as people paw through those and don't put them back neatly. As I said, we shop this Target a lot, and they have literally everything - a Disney Store section, an Ulta makeup area, a CVS pharmacy, and of course the age old partnership Target has - a Starbucks! If you're an avid Target shopper, and want to see THE cleanest and most well run Target ever, definitely check this location out.

Now I was just in for the first time in years last week. IT is so clean, and organized, I was shocked. There is a dedicated clearance area, and I was looking for a specific toy and they has a huge selection, more so than 2 other walmarts in the area. The check out is probably the only difference, but it's an easy huge self check out area. Very impressed!

I asked why no one told me in advance--no answer. I asked why no one from the store would go get the filter--no answer. I needed the oil change, so I got the filter. While it was happening, I asked to speak to the auto service manager. The employee I was talking to started to tell me where he was, and then quickly said that the manager was at lunch, and he didn't know when he'd be back. At this point, I called customer service. I was assured things would be made right. Nearly a week later, I've heard nothing.

This is not the first time this store has disappointed me. One time by I got to the register after…read morecarrying my items and the clearance tag came off one of the items. I explained it to the manager and he did everything but call me a liar. Like I would lie over something for 3 off? He embarrassed me in front of customers. Today a woman was returning an expensive item that she had the receipt for and was told when she called that they would give her a store credit since it was purchased a year ago. At the register they told her no that their policy has changed although it does not state that anywhere except for on the receipt it says " restrictions may apply." You could tell they were making this stuff up. They offered her 1/2 the price. She said no and had to carry the bulky heavy item back to her car. Lesson learned- terrible customer service. The only reason they get one star is that they allow dogs in the store : )

I think the food and shopping scene are a good match for this area--higher end places focused on quality, and with higher price points to match the west Omaha/Elkhorn clientele. There is also a strong focus on athletic stores--probably because Scheels draws that crowd here. Parking is always an issue so plan accordingly! There are several lots, but you will often find yourself driving around for a few minutes and walking a bit more, so plan ahead. All in all the variety of stores makes for a fun outdoor shopping day, and there are plenty of quick or fancy dine in spots to choose from as you fuel up in between stores!
