Staff members are a bit scarce... I've noticed that over the course of the pandemic, certain items have not been getting restocked. Some inventory was a tad lower than usual, but nothing too serious. Lots of items on clearance and sales throughout the store that lower prices even more. Plus, you can put all of those Bed Bath & Beyond coupons to good use (I'm looking at you, 20% off). Checkout was very easy. No long lines or wait times. Very nicely set up store. Everything is well organized. Very clean. All staff were wearing masks. Customers were also required to wear masks. Hand sanitizer was provided at the front of the store as well. FYI- No more gift wrapping station :( read more

I know that this franchise isn't in the best of ways but still. You walk in and there seems to be nobody on the floor. They have a couple at check-out but if you need help you're kind of on your own. I feel like I should like this store in a way but every time I've gone there, it's been the opposite. read more

I'm not a frequent shopper, and this trip was to exchange a set of sheets my wife bought yesterday. The CS rep was very helpful getting me to the right part of the store to find the sheet sets. When I looked, the pattern my wife got was not available, so I sent her a message to ask about an alternative she would like. At that point Patrick asked if I needed help, so I asked if there might be some in stock elsewhere. Long story short, he looked it up, checked the back, then saw on the inventory list that they were stored above the display area, so he rolled up a ladder and tracked a set down for us. I thought that was solid, above and beyond service. So for those of you checking out these kinds of places, this location seems to have great customer service, at least on a Tuesday morning in October. read more

It has a sort of warehouse feel to it, and unless you get items on sale or clearance, it's a bit pricey. But the plus side of it is that they have several one-of-a-kind or hard-to-find items, which makes it a fun place to shop and dream a bit. They have a bunch of as-seen-on-TV options, too. Everything is literally stacked to the ceiling, so don't be afraid to ask for help. The location at Village Point is especially easy to get to, as well, with plenty of parking. And the staff is almost always friendly. read more

This is not my favorite Bed, Bath, and Beyond store in the area. The location is convenient for those residing on the west side and has other major shops and restaurants to visit before or after your visit but that will be the only advantage of shopping here. In my opinion, this store seems more cramped and less friendlier than the midtown location. The employees seem to be a bit more grumpier but who knows the reasons why at the time? At this store, no one comes up and asks you if you need help or assistance finding items as I am accustomed to. If you want convenience, this is your closest location. I now plan my trips to go elsewhere if I am able to to avoid this store in Village Point. read more

I ordered a Square Matt for my shower stall. When I spoke to the person on the phone they said they had it in stock. I drove there I was given the item at curbside pickup. I got home the it was not the item I ordered. I called and and they refused to exchange or let me return what I was given by mistake until the store reopens. it is their policy. Of course I was never told anything like that when I ordered.This could be a month or two, they are holding my money and it is not acceptable. Dealt with the worst customer service in my life. Bought a $300 air mattress that came with a hole in it so naturally I tried to return it. The THREE managers I dealt with were unwilling to work with me and were extremely rude about it. The first manager refused to take the mattress back bc he claimed the manufacturer won't reimburse them. The second manager interrupted me several times and wouldn't even consider my request to return. The 3rd manager finally agreed to accept a return but not after demeaning me and made me feel bad about myself. I will never go back to Bed Bath and Beyond and hope they close soon as it appears they are on their way out. GOOD RIDDANCE read more

This location is usually pretty hectic from the surrounding, never-ending traffic, but that's not their fault. I love spending free time walking around, looking at the kitchen gadgets. BB&B is great for finding unique and useful gifts for anyone and everyone! read more

I was recently treated terribly here when trying to return a coffee pot- I walked out (about 5 minutes later) bewildered and wondering what the heck just happened-with my coffee pot that they refused to return-which was actually no problem. The lady behind the return counter was out of control and MEAN! It was wild! She humiliated me in front of the two very long lines of people waiting. I called and complained it was so bad. They called back and stated she must have been stressed and was actually really well liked, that everyone that worked there really liked her-Maybe they just FEAR her, I dunno, just a hunch! She stated that the worker had a couple complaints that same day, so it must have been a bad day for her. For her?! Geesh, what about your customers? Ok...not a good enough excuse. If I were to have treated someone that way at my job I would have promptly been written up and suspended for a couple days, without pay. Bottom line: I would not recommend this location and I will never be back, ever! (I will say I've always had a great experience at the 71st St location-so, I'll make the drive from Northwest Omaha to that location-that is if I ever shop there again). read more

Bed Bath & Beyond is probably one of the best spots to outfit your kitchen and bath. They probably have every gadget you could ever think of. I usually can't find anyone to help me unless I go up to the front of the store, but then again, I usually don't need much help in these stores. Prices are usually full retail, but you can easily find 20% off coupons in the mail or online. read more

My fiancé and I registered for our wedding here and had an excellent experience. Nechole was full of useful advice and made herself available through the whole experience which was close to 5 hours. She was so knowledgable about registering and all the brands of kitchenware, bathroom items, and Kitchen tools. I definitely suggest finding Nechole for help with any advice you might need. I also love that our wedding guests will only have one place to find gifts instead of having to shop between several registries. read more

My wife and I came in today to look at some new place settings. We were over in the place setting area for almost 30 minutes, going back and forth between to sets. We wanted to speak with someone about them, but the two women who were working that area did not speak to us at all. One sat at a computer and never turned around. The other meandered in the area and the sat down at the other computer. I would avoid this store. We will now be purchasing our place settings from a store and/or company that wants our business. read more
