We had a basic idea of what we wanted when we originally met with owner Jim Merkel and he gave us excellent design suggestions as well. Within a couple of days, Jim provided us with a detailed, itemized contract which was at a better price than a competitor we talked to. Our project leader was Aaron and he and Christopher were here on time every day. They and their team were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and constantly strived to ensure we were happy with the results. Jim and Aaron made several important recommendations along the way, which helped to ensure an outstanding result. All communication with Jim and his team was exceptional throughout the process. It took about 4 weeks from order to install, so plan ahead. Ours was completed by Christmas. My apologies to Cory for all of my worrying. The installation was flawless. For my own peace of mind, I did choose to have a licensed plumber, at my expense, (Arch plumbing) tap and run the gas line back to the fireplace for Jason to hook-up to.
