The store is clean and well-lit (bright)! The staff all greeted me and one motioned over to help. I will say I was in a rush (after visiting multiple stores). I had an exact budget I didn't want to exceed. The representative pointed to all the mattresses in my budget. I laid on all options in my budget for a few minutes. The rep provided a protector for me as I laid on each mattress meditating on my purchase decision. Lol He didn't rush me but instead asked how it felt. This was an important decision. Based on how I felt at the moment I settled on the Sleepys Doze 10" Medium Memory Foam Mattress. BIG MISTAKE! This mattress was like quicksand. I would find myself sinking into the mattress at midnight. Maybe it was the memory foam that I didn't love. I also purchased the 50 Series Adjustable Base. My adjustable provides so much comfort in tilting up in more of a sitting position, so I can be comfortable when reading, working or watching a movie. It's like a comfy couch. This base also helps provide me with a better quality of sleep across the board since I love to elevate my feet. That has helped a lot with the back pains and pressure I experience from sitting at a desk in the past. I'm so glad I made this purchase. I added a warranty to my frame. Before my 120 Night Sleep Trial was up I visited this location for a second time. In March 2021 I came back for a mattress exchange from the Sleepys Doze 10" Medium Memory Foam Mattress to the Serta iSeries Hybrid 1000 12" Medium Mattress. I was finally satisfied! The initial pick wasn't a good fit for me. I made sure I brought all my money the second time because I was going to pay what I needed for the BEST! Every night I lay down for bed it's like entering the gates of heaven. I'm just in love with this mattress. You will not be disappointed. Deliveries: Mattress Firm did not have any delays due to the Pandemic. Everything was on schedule. I was so thankful for my base, and matters while I still waited on my bedroom set from another company. Matress Firm texted me when on the way. The 1st delivery required the 2nd return the next day because they did not install everything correctly. No biggie! The leg was coming off the adjustable base and I believe it is because I asked them to move it after already installed. I think it was moved and the leg inadvertently came off. This was an easy fix I would've resolved it myself, but it was too heavy for me to move. The second delivery of my exchange was quickly delivered the following day. Both the initial and exchange met my expectations and I'm pleased with everything.

She told me that they brought in some bottles of alcoholic beverages that they normally don't carry and had me follow her to where they were so that I could take pictures of them. We paid up for a "what we thought " was a good quality product from a reputable furniture company. The sectional already looks like it's 20 years old. Important for my disabilities, as I had donated two feather down combo sets that were too hard, and could not afford another set. I noted upon arrival that the seats were hard as rocks while the delivery men were still in front of the house and called asking for our salesperson or a supervising person post haste to no avail. When I finally reached her, days later, she told me I must be reading the numbers on the cushions wrong. We finally brought the entire seat of one cushion in and she was stunned, stating she had no idea where it came from. LONG STORY SHORTENED-SHE WAS STILL ORDERING A FOAM THEY NO LONGER CARRIED. Bassett offered to exchange for feather and down, but the man brought 3 seat cushions, said he would reorder about12 to 16 weeks. Now almost a year since delivery and we call, but again hold for an hour and hang up on us as we had initially( not mentioned because it took too much space). Went to store and the friend of now gone salesperson read our computer print out that CLAIMED the feather and down cushions were installed. A bold faced LIE. Chair cushions do not fit my sofa. We had planned to try and sell it so we could buy something I could sit on instead of just my bedroom chair as I did for the previous winter. She was to call us about putting the softer fiber, like the back, in the seats. We called once since and got nothing. Now a second year of no visitors during the holidays because there are blankets on the sofa and chair I do not use because they hurt. Pretty to look at, but not what we ordered. Breach of contract obviously, but they chose to ignore us. Maybe they dislike physically disabled or knew I was military by my bank choice. Do not pay cash or bank transfer as they are no longer the company they used to be.

He worked with me to find something I liked, that could be made and delivered in time, and then he gave me a discount. He texted his furniture rep to confirm my timeline could be met, and guaranteed a preferred delivery slot to accommodate the place where it would be delivered. He even held two delivery times for me in case there was a delay in the shipment. He kept me informed the whole time so I didn't have to worry about this furniture. Delivery went off without a problem and his delivery team was able to follow the non-standard directions. Now my son won't be sleeping on the floor. Long…read morestory short, the couch we had ordered in the end of August and was scheduled to arrive in mid-November was going to be delayed by a month and a half. We had hope to have a couch for Thanksgiving and definitely need one for X-Mas as we are hosting family. Seeing as Joybird completely messed it up, we cancelled it and after a lot of research we decided to visit a Lovesac Store. We went to the Crabtree Mall store and were welcomed by Sydney, who was extremely helpful and gave us a ton of information. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but we literally changed everything. Sydney was also very patient in dealing with my fiancé's and I bickering over what cover color, type of cushion, and number of seats we wanted. The manager (sorry I forgot her name) was also there and was also very helpful in giving us a ton of insights on color and info related to how pets would react to the couch. We left the store very satisfied with the service, but still a little skeptical of their claim to have it delivered within 1-4 weeks (this was the Monday before Thanksgiving). We were AMAZED when 6 DAYS later (Sunday after Thanksgiving) during a pandemic and Holidays the FedEx truck pulled up to deliver every part of our couch! This is by far THE BEST COUCH I have ever sat on. Yes, putting it together was time consuming, but totally worth it and you learn everything you need in order to change the setting you want. I could not recommend this couch and the Crabtree Mall store enough! Note: we decided on the Lovesoft cushion, deep seating, and the grey chenille cover.
