Home Goods is one of the most eclectic inventories of any store you can imagine. The assortment and organization of merchandise was phenomenal today. The end caps were tastefully decorated. She went over all the fabric selections with us and made an appointment to come to our house to review the placement and order before we actually ordered. While at our house she said we should get one chair for that area not 2 as we planned. She also suggested getting extra fabric since we have a cat and, well we know how cats scratch furniture. She also explained the protection programs which I never would have gotten had I not known how reasonable they were and what they covered. When the furniture arrived Dawn made an appointment to come to the house again. She brought the fabric we had ordered and went over furniture placement with us. She moved a few pieces and wow what a difference her eye made. She suggested what else we needed to finish the room including rug sizes (and she brought samples for us to see) and lamp heights. I don't have enough good words for her and for our experience at the store.

This is the second time we were sold the wrong color paint one was Rex terrier and now we just…read morere-decorated our foyer and hall our painter brought in the can of paint and the numbers for what we wanted. It's the same color. Our daughter has well he brought it home and he painted and the more we're looking at it, we thought it was way too late. Then we went to our daughters and realized we had the wrong color on our walls. Our painter went back. They gave him a real hard time and gave us a free can of paint. Meanwhile, we have to pay the painter to repaint. I think that is totally unfair. It is their fault and they should reimburse us the cost of the Painter.

The emerald green ice bucket was described as being in excellent condition. However, when I got home, I realized that it had a very obvious chip on the rim which will effect its resale value. She also described a framed image on glass as a reverse painting and it turned out to be an etched painting on glass. I sent her an email expressing my concern and indicating that I hoped she would be more diligent when posting items for auction by examining them carefully and providing accurate descriptions. I did not ask for a refund. But she ignored my email and didn't bother to acknowledge her mistakes, apologize, etc. No response. I then sent a second email noting that I was surprised and disappointed that she did not bother to acknowledge my email. Again, she ignored the email. No response. So I am posting this review.
