She told me to bring Ruby in at 8:30 the next morning Kathrine was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions. The next day I took Ruby in. They had her in the system and knew exactly what to do. It costed 40 dollars which my brother thought we fair . They called me when she was ready to be picked up. She had a great haircut and she had a couple of purple how's and a bandana, which I felt was a cool touch. The ribbons didn't last long at all . My brother asked me to take a pic before she pulled out the bows . Too late. I recommend Dip and Clip to folks in the neighborhood who want to have well groomed dogs for a reasonable fee.

I took her to this groomer for the first time and they called me several times because they did not seem to know how to handle a big dog. The guy was pretty nice but the older woman was extremely rude. My dog was not completely done with services and the older woman kept asking me to pay, while the 2 other groomers were so calm and stated that I should not pay until the services are complete on their end. I tried to give feedback and the owner stated that I need to go somewhere else. They didn't even bother to clean my dogs ears.

His kindness and artistry are just two of the reasons we rush to see him as soon as we arrive from Massachusetts. It is by far the best grooming experience we've ever had in 40 years of owning dogs. When I initially called for the appointment, I asked how much we might anticipate spending for my dog's breed & weight. The person who answered (AJ) quoted the price I had normally paid for our boy. I happily booked an appointment. Then the day came when I dropped him off. When I returned for him that afternoon, I was told he had "a lot of matting," so it would be an additional $10. (Hm. Maybe. But we keep our boy's coat quite tidy.) In addition, I made sure to ask if his ears had been cleaned & his nails trimmed. AJ didn't give me a straight yes or no, but rather skirted around the question & said that our dog's nails "really weren't that long." Ok... I paid & took our dog home. When my husband arrived home is when we really looked him over. 1. A choppy overall haircut, with some sloppy patches of hair missing from his legs 2. Dirty, untrimmed ears--something I had specifically asked AJ about 3. No seasonal neck bandana (don't get me wrong here--not required, but we have always been treated with a cute takeaway bandana from our previous groomers My husband was furious & asked how much we had paid. I was embarrassed to say that we were actually charged extra for the apparent matting on our dog's legs. I phoned Vanity Furs the next day...3 separate times. I left a voicemail with the third call & briefly mentioned our dissatisfaction & requested a call back to rectify the situation. No call back that day. I tried again the following morning &, again, no answer. It was as if they were screening their calls. So I asked my husband to try from his phone. And when he did--alas!--Jonathan answered! When my husband asked about our dog's cut, he offered a somewhat better explanation about the matting, having to use a different tool, etc. and mentioned he wasn't "in the business to give bad haircuts." Jonathan offered no apology nor a desire to make it up to us at our next visit. My husband and I are simply disappointed with how we were treated at Vanity Furs. As a potential new consistent client, I'd have thought they would have wanted to go above and beyond to please us. But the combination of lack of communication (we needed a much better explanation about the choppy haircut right when I picked him up), not returning (and possibly screening) my phone calls afterwards and "forgetting" to tidy his ears (standard practice with any full groom) made for quite the negative experience.

I have French bulldogs who are not known to be the healthiest pets in the world, so unfortunately, I spend quite a bit of time at the vet. They have always taken great care of the dog's needs and have never made recommendations that were not in the best interest of the pet in our family. They are thorough yet affordable and will never recommend expensive solutions that are not necessary. The front desk is friendly and welcoming, and the vet techs are top-notch. I cannot recommend Beltway enough.!

I brought the dogs here and the entire staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me keep the dogs safe and locate somewhere to take them since I am new to the area. They were even short staffed that day and still went to great lengths to assist me. Turns out the owner called the clinic to see if anyone had found their dogs. We were able to meet at the clinic and get the dogs back to their loving home!!! I am so beyond grateful for this clinic and them being able to assist me in reuniting two beautiful babies with their loving owners!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAT to them to get groomed otherwise they could wind up shaved in bizarre places…read morelike ours did... Then shaved her from one front leg to the other, almost to the skin in a few places AND chopped her fur with jagged cuts all around her neck! She looks absolutely ridiculous and this will take months to grow out. THEY WERE EXPLICITLY TOLD NOT TO CUT HER FUR! When questioned about it, they claim they don't know how that happened and didn't cut there... THE CAT DIDN'T SHAVE HERSELF! We have brought our Maine Coon to them on two occasions... The first time we noticed that they had trimmed where we had asked them not to and thought maybe there was a miscommunication... In fairness we wanted to give the business a second try and brought our cat back again and made sure there was no misunderstanding on not cutting or shaving our Maine Coon except for sanitary region... Obviously there was no misunderstanding, the groomers blatantly ignored our request, completely violated our trust, and made our cat look absolutely ridiculous! It will take months to grow out!!! I wish I would have read some other reviews before I took her there, I would have seen how they violated other owner's directions and haphazardly shaved other pets explicitly again the owner's directions and without consent! Their "affordable" pricing will be at you fur-babies expense, and you will pay for it indirectly with how they violate your consent.

My dog's haircut was badly botched, and the final result was nowhere near what I asked for. The grooming was uneven and poorly done, and I was shocked by how my dog looked when I picked him up. What concerns me even more is how the experience affected my dog afterward. He was visibly scared and hesitant about returning, which was heartbreaking to see. A grooming appointment should leave a dog feeling safe and comfortable, not fearful about going back. I understand that grooming mistakes can happen, but the quality of the haircut and, more importantly, the effect the experience had on my dog were unacceptable to me. I expected much better care and professionalism, especially from a business that presents itself as a holistic pet spa. Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Earth Pets Holistic Pet Spa.
