Staff was helpful (not far enough to say friendly) and most spoke some english. Spacious rooms and clean. The photos of the hotel exterior look charming, the inside is a bit sterile in it's decor. If I returned on a business trip I would stay here given convenience to office. Vacationing in Brussels....I would not likely return to this hotel.

What wasn't so nice is that kids from the floor above us were making a racket until after midnight. We are early sleepers and it took multiple calls to the reception desk to get this issue solved. The flooring appears to be made from wood. This spoiled one day for us as we were both a bit tired the next day due to lack of sleep. The breakfast buffet is really nice. We enjoyed taking relaxing long breakfasts lazily looking out of the large windows at the nearby woods. Feels very peaceful. Pro tips: go early Sunday morning for breakfast buffet as it's very busy by 10.

Came in Saturday night to screaming children banging on the grand piano. People need to watch their kids....but not watch them bang on the piano. It is not a toy. Breakfast brunch was good. Lots of choices. Staff works hard to push alcohol for brunch. Had a good time at bar and was well taken care of. He warned us that hotel needs at least an hour to find a taxi for any trips. Decided to get our own transport to airport when we leave. Burger at restaurant was very good. I had the world tapas plate which was very good.

No in-room coffee maker or water. Bathroom is clean but has only liquid soap used for hair/body wash. This is a OK hotel to just sleep and have a quick stay. Nothing fancy but it has good bed. The hotel restaraunt serves mediocure buffet every evening (around 18 euro) even Sunday when most of restaruants are closed in town. Friendly staff. Free parking and very close to main shopping street. PS: There are Domino's pizza, Pizza hut just cross the street if you get to the hotel late for dinner but before 10 pm.

There is no carpeting in the rooms, you can hear every footstep above you and every conversation and toilet flush next to you.
