Had the necessary amenities-Mini fridge, safe and surprisingly an iron. Although I didn't get to use it, a smaller exercise room was available. The Courtyard looked nice and I believe they have a Happy Hour. My room had a Garden view and air conditioner worked quite well. Breakfast is available. A couple of misses-safe was locked (was unlocked promptly once I mentioned it) and hand soap dispenser was empty. Good location-1/2 hour walk or 10 minutes Taxi to Grand Palace, Gare Central area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Checking in was easy and because I was early arriving no rooms were ready, but that changed quickly and there's a very nice lounge area with cozy chairs and high top work tables with power so you can be productive relax while waiting for your room. The staff was always super friendly and responsive and the beer was always cold! The hotel seems to be a very popular spot and dinner service is a busy all the nights I was there. One day, it was cooler outside than in our room. We made 3 calls about this issue, but they were never able to cool it down. They did quickly offer and deliver a portable fan, so I suspect this is a common issue here. If you're like us and prefer a cool room to sleep in (it was always 23 degrees Celsius or more in our room), you should check elsewhere.
