About 20 years ago, I had another deeply moving, deeply affective massage experience. But generally the massages I have experienced along the way and through the years have been soothing, but quite short of amazing. Most seem to follow a prescribed sequence. Then I came to Shelly upon the recommendation of a physical therapist I was seeing following an accident that required surgery and left me with months of bodily trauma. She provided me with so much relief emotionally and physically after many months of moving through the medical system. She certainly is the best massage therapist I've experienced in this area...even in the US. Each session is like a new journey; I never know where her remarkable hands will do their work, but the results are blissful. My appointments with her are such a highlight!

Since I've been going everyone has been very accepting, supportive, and so kind. WOW! I feel welcomed and not judged. Furthermore, I'm recovering from life changing spinal cord fusion 7 months ago. Most recently, I'm awaiting an MRI for my lower back - pain severe in my heals. I'm out of work. Since going to Inlet Yoga I've noticed great strides in my mobility, my feet aren't hurting nearly as bad, I might be able to put off back surgery. My moods have changed so much.
