I am so grateful for the quick thinking of John and his team on my wedding day. We got married in Rockford, and the arch my husband and I brought broke under the weight of the flowers. John contacted someone he knew in the area who not only loaned us an arch, but brought it to the venue, and his driver went to work adapting the arrangement to the new structure. This happened while we were taking pictures so I didn't have my phone on me, but I was very pleased with the craftsmanship of their arrangements as well as their initiative to take control of the situation. We loved our flowers so much that we had some preserved in resin by another vendor. Thank you so much for your beautiful work and professionalism, down to the eleventh hour.

We were told how great they are and that all the nurse were complimenting them. No such comments about the first arrangement, beyond the standard thank you. And rightly so. I'm now a Scheffler's fan.
