We started our search completely blind to the home buying process, but Vaughn's guidance helped us position ourselves in the market and craft an amazing offer! During our yearlong search, communicating with Vaughn was always a breeze and he was always available for any questions and last-minute requests (of which we had many). Not to mention, he was able to get us an amazing rate significantly cheaper than banks and other loan officers (and we shopped around to 10+ other lenders!). The cherry on top was Vaughn's proven dedication to a fast close which put our offer above all others - he managed to pull off closing in 2 weeks! Ultimately, we had an amazing experience working with Vaughn and would highly recommend him to everyone!

I've…read morehad some personal events that required my attention and have slowed things down, or stopped them completely. Marisa has been very understanding and easy to work with during this time. I have wanted to buy a home for a long time now and am very excited about becoming a homeowner. Marisa knows this, and has been a steady hand during the long process that is getting pre-approved. Marisa is not only interested getting me a home loan, she is interested in making sure I am taken care of. I know it is her job to look at my credit, finances, and income and all that, but she went beyond just her job. Marisa took the time to listen to my goals and respected my intelligence. I was more than ready to "do whatever it takes" to get a home loan. Marisa, however did her job well and made some other suggestions. It was her idea to wait about a 9 months to a year before I purchase a home. She explained her recommendation, giving me the information she had gathered in making it. In addition to her suggestion, she gave me information about other options, she didn't "force" anything, she just explained her reasoning with solid information. Remember, she works on commission and gets NOTHING if she doesn't fund a loan for me. Helping me make the right decision for me, not for her, is a sure sign of professionalism and honesty. Marisa explained how much better off I'd be if I took a few more steps to optimize my position as a buyer. She explained what I could do, and about how long it would take. I believe she was more interested in making sure I was making a good decision for me than trying to make a commission at my expense. Marisa is professional, well-informed, and very responsive. I can't say enough good things about how she approached my needs, my goals, and my expectations. I am going to keep working with Marisa, and when the time is right, I will be using her services to get pre-approved for my perfect home. I strongly suggest you do the same.

Understanding that the thought of selling our beloved first home was both painful, but necessary, Brian approached us with patience and empathy. Working across time zones (Seattle/Boston), he connected us to a new contractor who swooped in and wrapped up the project in 5 weeks. Within a week of completion, the house was listed and ultimately sold this summer. Brian's support, guidance, stellar communication and transparency was unmatched. I am confident that, without him, this process would have been much much harder - both logistically and emotionally - and cannot recommend him and his team enough. If/when we move back to Seattle, Brian will absolutely be the first person we call when we're in the market for a new house.
