We are retired senior citizens who are not great with computers, but try our best and have learned quite a bit from Beck's Techs. We located Beck's Techs years ago and they have saved the day in this home! We have referred them to other home owners and small businesses that we know and all have been very satisfied with the cost and continued willingness to provide help needed. I must question the one review by Carole K. submitted on 7/20/2022.
I do not question a service call costing 65 dollars; I believe, after reviewing other companies that the cost of a service call and travel is very reasonable for at home service. What I question is if a computer is absolutely shot, so old and out of date that it is not wise to have it "fixed", might Beck's Techs have provided a new computer/laptop for the total cost of $795.00 back in 2022.
That is the kind of work James Beck's company has always done for me and my husband. This company provides honest service, provides quality parts or replacements and does an excellent job for their customers. They are a local company who will make sure your computer system is up and running correctly and advise you when you have a problem. If problems are severe, they will return your call and come back to your home office/business when necessary.
Work done for us over the years: clean up a desktop, new laptops when necessary due to age of desktops, hook up an older large monitor to a new laptop so work can be done that requires using two screens simultaneously when necessary, and cleaning up help or explanation with files when needed. We trust Beck's Techs with all IT problems and have even given him remote access when needed for fast fixes!
We could not expect any better service or equipment from Beck's Techs for the money we have paid over many, many years. Owner is definitely an expert in the field of computer/IT systems, cyber security, etc. read more
