She picked up my hand and showed it to the lady behind and said can you see anything wrong with these, the lady replied 'I don't want to get involved but I think you're being unprofessional' I was so embarrassed. Awful customer service!! I have a wedding to go to and I'm not happy with my nails. She was still happy to take my money but told me not to come back. I've never been treated so badly. 1. Don't book more than one customer in at a time if there is just one person Woking there. 2. You need to be able to accept if a customer is unhappy with something and not embarrass them. She had a big argument with one of her employees telling her to "fix her attitude" in front of loads of customers. They were very aggressive with my hands pulling them closer and rudely telling me to put my hands in the machine.
